I don't usually stop in Dunkin' donuts, so it's kind of funny to say I was impressed by a Dunkin' donuts but I was. Long story... short, the gentleman that served me, by the name of Vince, was one of the most gracious fast food employees I've ever met. Ifelt like he actually cared about my individual order which is very rare these days. Suffice it to say it was a great experienceand Vince made sure I left there with a smile. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars because that's what this Dunkin should get. This is second time in this week where... they closed at 5:30 PM. I drove 14 mins just to find out they're closed. First time they had notice on drive through thatthey're closing due to staff shortage but this time there is literally nothing. The only dunkin that does a great job every time. Coffee is always perfect, not burned with grounds typical of other locations.... Follows order instructions for customized coffee. I drive out of my way every day to come to this location. Great staff! Read more
