I don't usually stop in Dunkin' donuts, so it's kind of funny to say I was impressed by a Dunkin' donuts but I was. Long story... short, the gentleman that served me, by the name of Vince, was one of the most gracious fast food employees I've ever met. Ifelt like he actually cared about my individual order which is very rare these days. Suffice it to say it was a great experienceand Vince made sure I left there with a smile.
