Slow, online gave a time to pick it up... they still needed another 20 min. For the pizza to be pretty bad
So I got a medium pizza at Domino's today not very happy lot smaller than they used to be and a lot more expensive than they... used to be over $13 not very many pepperoni on the pepperoni half and very salty not very happy. Read more
My first time in over 20+ years...I am a die hard pizza hut faan... Domino's certainly surprised me, they have come a long way.
It used to be so much better. After the new owner took over, delivery fees went up making it harder to tip the drivers. Everyone... is feeling financial strain these days and it all rolls down hill to those of us who are struggling to survive. One time when Iwent to pick up car side delivery, they gave me the wrong pizza. I had to come all the way back to get the right one. There wasno compensation for my gas or time. Not only that, but the last two times I ordered the marble brownie, it has been undercookedand gooey. I spoke with the manager about it and she said they had changed the recipe. Ok? Did she offer to compensate for mydissatisfaction? Nope? even as I continued to talk about how unsatisfied I was and concerned that others would feel the sameway. Her only suggestion was to let them know I wanted it cooked a little longer. I always order through the app. There is nooption for that. I shouldn?t have to call in every time and wait on hold to ask them to properly prepare a dish. If you know therecipe change causes an issue, FIX IT! Who wants an undercooked brownie??!! ??????????? Why is it becoming okay to underservedyour customers? Did you forget that we can make or break you? I can choose not to use this location, so that is my onlysolution. Read more
