Coffee and bagel were great. However, I can't believe it was $10 for a bagel with jalapeno cream cheese and a medium 16 oz drip... coffee. The bagel was over $5, and the coffee was nearly $4. With tax it came to $9.60. I asked how much a tub of the creamcheese was... almost $8! This place is overpriced. The same coffee and bagel only costs me $6 at my normal NY style bagel shopof the same caliber. I won't be going back. Read more
Best bagels in the Bay & the closest to true New York bagels I have managed to find since moving here. Yes, more flavors would... be great (asiago, chocolate chip, etc)- but the current lineup is authentic & adequate. The cream cheese and sandwiches are bothdelicious, and the staff is extremely kind & efficient. I will be coming back! Read more
Small bagel shop. Not so friendly service. Relatively clean. Quality of bagel is good but expensive. Bagel w/cream cheese $4.27.... Must eat that day. If you wait until the next day they?re hard as a rock. Read more
Coffee is very good, bagels are small but good for Florida. My issue is I asked for 2 sesame and a Garlic bagel, got home, had 2... garlic and a sesame. Ughhhh! Very next trip same order, came home with 1 garlic, 1 sesame. Check your order before leaving!!Attention to detail is poor. Read more

Good bagels. Cream cheese is overpriced. Staff unfriendly. One woman who works there is very aggravating. The worst customer... service I've seen in a while. As I was trying to figure out the exorbitant prices on their cream cheese for a purchase I hadmade earlier from another unfriendly employee, she kept interrupting me. I actually had to tell her it was rude to keepinterrupting me and I would appreciate it if she would let me finish. I was able to figure out that I had been charged twice forsingle bagels but she was like a trained CNN reporter and she had managed to get me a little flustered. As I tried to tell herthat I had been charged twice for the bagels she acted like I was not worth her time and she was getting the owner. I knew ifthese were the type of employees he hired then it wasn't worth my time arguing any longer. I will never step foot in thereagain. These kind of people do not deserve to be in business. Love this spot! Been wanting to try it and finally got there for an awesome breakfast bagel sandwich and Dulce sandwich and... delicious homemade rugala. They've been around for 40 years and haven't changed so they must be doing something right. Read more
