It's definitely updated since I was younger I would say it's not geared towards as young age groups as it used to be because now... it has a lot of arcade games and no actual ball pits or any play area so make sure your child understands arcade like games oryou'll be wasting money. It's still the same old Chuck e cheese as it ever was out of five stars three but I gave him an extrajust because I feel bad they were definitely understaffed but still very friendly. It's a lower level of fun for children, thislocation seems to never have had any of the crazy normal chuck e cheese horror stories, it's in a nicer area, affordable, forkids over 5 it's just fine. However a lot of parents will not look after their kids so stay alert. Read more
very bad experience. my son just couldn't play. I took my son to see this location in Clearwater, with a loaded card since I... knew that the last time in another Chuckie location I had points left on it. There they tell me that it is empty! I told themthe story of how I got it (my son's birthday) and that I still had points, that I had already used it without problems. Themanager has a terrible treatment with his clients. He had all the information in his hands but he did not help me, he did notsolve it nor did he call the other place to help me. He only told me "it is empty" "it is impossible to do anything" and lastlyand most disappointingly "I CHECKED IT AND IT WAS ALREADY USED UNTIL IT WAS EMPTY"... a complete misinformation and lie on hispart. I returned to the store where I always go and they told me that it is loaded and without problems. The manager there givesme proof of it. I phone the place again, manager Alex is still rude, he offers me to talk to BO who doesn't empathize with thebad time we had and just pretends to be oblivious. there is definitely a serious customer service problem, 0 solution, 0empathy, 0 seriousness... my sad son left the place where he wanted to play... I remember going to this place as a child. I still have as much fun here with my own child! It's a great place for indoor... activity on a hot or rainy day. My kiddo and I love competing. The time system is the best way to go with playtime. I wish theyhad more coupons but, that's ok. It's definitely worth it. Read more
Long live Chuck E Cheese! I really love the play cards. My kid can bounce around from one game to the next and not worry about... carrying coins. In addition to that? No more tickets! Everything just gets saved on the card. No more dragging them around, kidstaking others or waiting to feed the ticket muncher. I love you Chucky. Read more
My daughter had her 7th birthday party here, and it was a blast! Every last detail was taken care of for us, and our server was... very kind and helpful. We ordered a vanilla Chuck E. Cheese cake, and it was delicious! The location was clean, all of the staffwas friendly and helpful, all of the games were fun for the kids. Two hours flew by! All of the children are asking for theirown Chuck E. birthdays too! Read more

For my first time there the atmosphere was good. It wasn't as crowded and everyone was enjoying themselves. But felt bad for the... few workers there which took the food longer to get to you. Seems as if they had more employees it could have been better. Read more
I went to my 7 year old nephew's birthday party here and surprisingly had fun as an adult. Clean bathrooms that smelled fresh.... The reason for low stars is due to 3 employees congregating around one of the garbage receptacles in our party area. I had toexcuse myself to throw a cup away. Not a good look. They all could've been making themselves useful sanitizing the surfaces orcleaning all the fingerprints off of the glass. Read more
