Just picked up mobile order- walked in 5 minutes early and it was ready so I went ahead and grabbed it and went outside to eat.... Noticed as soon as I took the container out of the bag that it wasn?t hot despite me picking it up several minutes early. Iplaced the order a couple hours ago- it?s cooled down so much I wouldn?t be surprised if it was sitting in that shelf for anhour. Guess I should just place my order last minute next time. ???? I thought just would be convenient for me to grab thisafter my work out at esporta but I guess I need to come up with a new plan. Read more
Ordered pickup and was scheduled to be ready at 3:40 pm. Arrived at 3:44 pm and the order was not even prepared yet nor were... they aware until I spoke to the manager about the order. He apologized and gave free chips. Thanks. Went back to the car. Allthe items were not in the bowl. Ordered a salad bowl but there were only 5 pieces of lettuce. Missing 2 salsas. Went back in toask for the missing items. No problem (even though I shouldn't have the need to double check a simple order). Then went home andmy guacamole was not even ripe as it was hard and yellow. And THEN (what finally prompted me to write a review) my 12 years-olddaughter almost choked on piercing sharp chicken bones. Had I of known of this choking hazard, I wouldn't have patroned atChipotle. All the other issues are fixable, but not when it comes to my daughter's safety. Read more
The only reason I'm giving this place a one star is because the polite young lady made me a salad...she was actually the only... one working bc everyone else was starring at their phones and the dude in the back was singing at the top of his lungs we couldhear him at the front door! I eat Chipotle all the time And this is the only unclean Chipotle I've ever been to. Veryunprofessional and more worried about their phones and the music in the back blaring than their customers. The girl that wasserving food was the only one helping customers. Sad world...smh Read more
They charged me extra for my 1 year olds kids meal because THEY MESSED UP and added a meat I did not ask for. There?s a teenager... girl scooping the rice and proteins gave my husband ONE scoop of rice instead of getting more since she was out. I paid fordouble meat and got one scoop of steak. Go to the one on gulf to bay and save yourself the trouble. Read more
Wish I had the option for zero stars; this is the closest location to me. I ordered the new steak option, I rec'd 7 pieces of... steak and one was all fat. This meal cost $13+. I had a free chips and guacamole but once again, the guacamole was brown. Keep in mind that I ordered at 11:00am so it was close to their opening. Also, restaurant was dirty - I have complained severaltimes and have rec'd a couple BOGO's, seriously......Super disappointed and disgusted. Read more
I'm a disabled honorable Marine Corps veteran and at this Chipotle in Largo Florida they treated me with indifference when I... asked for military discount [which I always get it in the form of police discount at the Chipotle located at 2537 CountrysideBlvd, Clearwater, FL 33761 whenever I go there]. The cashier had to call the manager to approve my discount which was an awfulexperience to say the least. He approve it, however they didn't say enjoy your meal sir, thank you for your service, and zerosmiles from anyone there. At the other Chipotle that I mentioned here, they give me my discount no problem and they always thankme for my service and say enjoy your meal. If you are an active duty military personnel, a reservist, or a veteran, stay awayfrom this Chipotle in Largo FL. They will give you an attitude and project hostile energy. I love Chipotle and this would be five stars except that this particular location had no air conditioning. We walked in and... walked back out and drove to a different Chipotle a few miles away. If I can give this a zero I would, just left to and angry male employee shouting at me since the very moment I entered and... slamming the food. And a horrible big lady at the check out giving me attitude when it came to ringing me up. Not sure whattheir deal was but all of that attitude is not cute nor professional.
