You gotta drive thru the right side to order and pay then drive around to the left drive thru to pick up food, which is hard for... a driver alone. Didn't get my double burger. The chicken tenders were to me not for human consumption. Didn't realize no burgeruntil I was upstairs visiting bringing food to someone in HCA Largo Medical Center. No phone number on receipt to call but afterthe tenders, I didn't want the burger. Your gain of my money, your loss of a customer. I should have gone to the Checkers on 19,not East to Bay. We ate good food feom Panera Bread instead. Read more
Do not go to this one. The lady's too busy on her phone to pay attention to what's going on. I've never gotten so much sarcasm... this way placing an order. And when the owner came in didn't nothing change didn't nobody cares like that man don't run nothing.The manager lady she seemed nice and like she knew what she was doing question for everybody else. They had a sale but i was overcharged. I had to give my order twice at the walk up, only to receive a burger that was so sloppy... it fell apart before I could finish. (8 pickles?) The chill dog was horrible to. Everything looked rushed, how hard is it to putcheese on THE hot dog? Read more
9/9/22 I visited with my family after we needed a quick bite on the way home after literally just receiving a terminal... diagnosis. I used to live in this area and realized I hadn't visited checkers in a long time and I'm honestly shocked with howdownright awful the service was. We understand that you guys are on a timer but your drive thru cashier asked way too manyquestions way too fast and acted like we were just sitting there. Had she not kept interrupting and distracting us with the samequestions like we're children we could have been in and out. Then we get to the window and she says we need to pull to the otherside after giving us the stink eye didn't even bother to at least look like she was trying to pretend to be professional...disgusting. Nobody deserves to be treated like that and to humiliate me and my family like that while we're trying to make a badday slightly better, bringing money into your store during these trying times. Shameful. You guys really need to be carefulbecause you really never know who you're taking your frustrations out on. Needless to say never going back whether you care ornot, but I really hope we're the worst cases scenario because that was a surreal and unpleasant experience. I was second in line for the drive through yet it took 15-20min to get served. The guy in front of me wasn't helped for... 10-15min, unsure as to why. Once I get there I've been wanting to try the new fry seasoned tenders they keep advertising.However, they were sold out. Ok, I ordered a #2 instead and asked for a mango smoothie. No mango smoothies. They also had no icecream and a few other items. The man who actually handed me my food from the counter was nice and sincere though. Drive through service always a little slow here (but polite), which can be a drag.The wait tonight was worth it. I got fresh... fries and a hot double Buford. Burger was prepped correctly and wrapped nice and tight. Also a strawberry cheesecake sundae.Everything was delicious. Keep up the good work. Read more
Twice we went for dinner/ desert and told they did not have brownies. When we went to the window the manager was not impressed... the day shift had not pulled them to thaw and made sure we had our complementary desert. It was yummy seeing as we do not havethem in VA we went back but sadly the manager was not there "out of stock". Read more
