Well, I haven't been to a Bob Evan's since I was a child. I've got to say that I was disappointed. The staff seems absolutely... miserable. When the food came out I was kinda scared. My eggs, and hashbrowns were good. The sausage tasted like it was cookedin a dirty ashtray. The bacon had a funny taste and the sausage gravy looked like it was cooked last week. Not trying to beharsh, just trying to be honest. Hope you guys figure out how to step things up a little. Read more
The food is usually good quality. Just be careful when ordering delivery, they tend to not care as much about the food quality... with delivery orders. I've received burned and overcooked items a few times now. Especially the French toast. Read more

They were a bit behind on the Thanksgiving rush, but you can tell that they are trying hard to make it all work. Not enough... credit is given to them (working on Thanksgiving). My hat's off to them and their efforts for placing everyone else's needs andwishes before their own.
