Ordered a pre-paid pickup order, they confirmed on UberEATS that the order is ready for pickup. When I arrived, they said sorry... we don't have your order!!! This poor store just needs to shut down. Nothing was available at dinner time. No breads besides wheat, no meatballs, no... tuna. Tried to order a teriyaki foot long an hour and a half before closing. Was told that they were out of steak. Ordered turkey.... They were out of onions and had to go search for mayonnaise. Then my daughter was referred to as a "they" and she is clearly agirl, followed by a chuckle when my wife was clearly confused. Not impressed!! Read more
I've always liked this Subway, until today. We ordered 4 sandwiches and when we got home, one of the sandwiches had been... switched with one not from our order. Called the store and got a rude girl unwilling to help. No manager available or numberto call. She said there wasn't anything they could do. I said that wasn't good enough. This Subway had pretty fast service! There were three or four gentlemen working there and I got my food fast! And it was... prepared to my very liking! This Subway I went to had no flaws whatsoever, though the raspberry cookies I bought where kind ofhard, but I don't expect the heating bulbs to keep everything warm, the price for three of them is only one dollar?! Did an online order here last night, attention to detail needs to be worked on. The bread on two of our three sandwiches was... wrong and I was missing two sauces. The young man who was making my sandwich had his hair hanging in his face the whole time andeverytime he took his gloves off he ran his hands through his hair. The other guy that was working with longer darker hair wasway more professional. He had his hair pulled up in a ponytail and a hat on keeping it out of his face!! Read more
