I ordered two hours ago by phone because they weren't accepting website orders. I thought that the person on the phone sounded... nice, but waiting two hours for food and still not receiving it is ridiculous. By far worst pizza It was sopposed to be delivered an hour ago I couldn't get through to anyone unless you want to start a new... order. Pizza was very un pleasing it seemed like the driver did 5 + runs before getting to us. Cheese was hard crust was coldand he didn't even know when the actual delivery was scheduled. Ordered a pizza and they never delivered. Called and they didn?t answer. I then called every store around and they also didn?t... answer. Called corporate and they can?t do much unfortunately. I promise you I?m never ordering again. I am also going to tellas many people as possible to never order from this location. I will do this till this location closes permanently. Read more
If I could rate negative stars I would. I ordered pizza to send to my disabled brother for his birthday I ordered enough for him... his roomates and care takers so I spent well over 50 dollars. There was an issue with getting the apartment number on the orderso when I tried calling the store and couldn't reach anyone it would ring and then disconnect. I called customer service and therep tried calling the store as well and she couldn't get though either so she said she put clear notes on the order so thathopefully everything would be ok. It was not. The pizza was never delivered and now because no one at pizza hut can contact thatstore I have to wait 3 to 5 days to speak to a higher up and in the meantime I wasn't able to provide my brother with hisfavorite pizza for his birthday and I'm out Over 50 bucks. Dissatisfied! If I could give 0 stars I would, but have to select a start to post my dissatisfaction. Understand times. Ordered... Pizza, got email stating will get it in 30 minutes, that would have been 7:35. Get a text that it won't be delivered until 7:35,An hour and a half later is shows up. warm not hot and it was open, the receipt was on the Pizza. This is Unacceptable CustomerService. I was changed a delivery Fee. I advised driver, which I understand not his fault, but he can now go back to Pizza hutand get tip out of the delivery Fee. My Resolution: this is not the first time... My advise; Why not call customer and give thethe reason for the delay (lack of drivers), then they will waive the delivery fee if the customer is willing to come get it,which I would be willing to do. 2nd time ordering from here and the food is barely warm. This time I PICKED cheesy bread, but received stale bread sticks. I... can't blame them for switching to door dash delivery since everywhere is short on staff and they probably don't have deliverydrivers. My order was almost $50 including the delivery fee (The big dinner box), just for our food to be barely warm, havewrong item when I paid extra for the other, and give light sauce on the bbq pizza so you get a hint of flavor for a tease. My food took over the hour that they said it would. When I opened my order, my pasta was burnt, not cooked, my chicken was dry,... and the whole thing was cold. I tried to call, but they were closed. I called and asked for the regional info. I got hung up by Julie. They forgot the sauces to our order. Their solution was to... have the customer "come get it". Really?? There was a reason we ordered delivery. They go through Doordarsh now because theycan't pay their delivery drivers. Wow. Unbelievably bad customer service.
