This is one of my favorite restaurants and I celebrate many special occasions here. I loved that the server got my order exactly... right despite it being a little complicated with the substitutions I ask for. She made sure that I got what I ordered withoutbeing asked when the kitchen forgot to smother the enchiladas. If I had to say anything I'd like to see improved it would justbe that our server was in a bit of a rush. But we came at a busy time and she was doing great at catering to everyone so I don'tthink it's her fault but you guys might need another server at the busier times. Read more

Make sure you look at the check. They automatically added a .52 charge for using a credit card before asking how you will be... paying, I paid cash so at the register, I asked what the charge was for because our waitress never mentioned it. Worst experience ever! We there on Saturday 05/14/22 at 7:30pm for the first time. When we got there everything look nice and... clean, our host was amazing, friendly and welcoming. Nothing compared to our server that was inattentive and not friendly atall. I had some questions about the menu and she couldn?t explain the difference between plates and was also really rude withus. So I took a deep breath a and ended up ordering? We ordered a smothered burrito and a chimichanga and well the picturespeaks by itself. Don?t even inmates have food served like that all messy? Our food wasn?t the best of course the chimichangalooked like it was deep fried in a really old oil. And the burrito was just tortilla and lots and lots of sauce. Pretty good! They have a buffet here what was surprising. The choices were a bit slim but still enough to satisfy you. They were... pretty tasty too. Definitly be back for this. The shredded cheese in my enchiladas were not melted, In fact they were cold. The Chile verde tastes of canned chicken and looks... like vomit. No seasoning in beans or rice. Our waiter was so un-attentive I had to get up and ask the hosts for straws, chips,etc. Hard pass in the future. I mean yuck. Read more

Husband wanted Mexican. Went to a Mexican restaurant near the end of Main Street that we liked in the past and it was closed --... at 3:00pm on a Saturday! Went north on Main Street as husband had eaten here years ago. We were happy to discover a very nicerestaurant with excellent food. Husband got #8(?) two enchiladas with a pork tamale. Rice and beans for both meals were good. Igot #13 carnitas with too much meat for me to eat at one meal. Carnitas were tender, like roast beef, not greasy, hardly fried,excellent IMHO . I'm looking forward to another carnitas meal made from the meat I brought home. Looking forward to eating outhere again and maybe trying the smothered burrito or carne asada tacos. The restaurant was nicely decorated in an understatedMexican theme that I think you'll find pleasing. Oh! I forgot there's also a reasonably priced all you can eat buffet with ChileVerde and Chile Colorado among a lot of other things, and it looked very good. Read more
