Not to be too critical, but they were struggling the last time we went there. we even ordered ahead and when the app told us our... order was ready it wasn't and still took them a full 10 min at least to put into the pickup box and my wife ended up needing totalk to the cashier about where our order was. that and our pizzas were not what i would consider normal Little Cezars qualityand there was a whole slice with basically no pepperoni on it. i just wasn't impressed with this location on this last visit. I've always had a great experience whenever we decide on pizza for dinner. Walk in and out within 15min or less. Sometimes we... wanna try something new on the menu. So we decided to try the online app to order in advance... Wow! So easy! Literally no needto bother anyone. Except for spices etc. Otherwise this was a good experience as well! The taste and prices still beat thecompetitions in my opinion. Finally, on the rare occasion that customer service is unable to resolve an issue on the spotwaiting to speak with manager instead was best customer service experience. We were not only treated fairly but went above andbeyond to ensure satisfactory guaranteed! That's what keeps me coming back as a loyal customer! Read more

We tried using the Online order because we were getting a stuffed crust it was very fast for getting a fresh pizza but it still... wasn't ready when i arived. The staff was a bit rude because i stared to go to the pick up machines and instead of a "hello howcam i help you" i got a " there arent any orders in there... did you order online....?" Other then that it was great using theno contact system they have that allows you to pull out your hot and ready pizza yourself! the pizza was very poorly cut youcan see from the jaged edges on the pizza in the picture but we basically had to tear the pieces apart... flavor was good justwhat you expect from little ceasers that coupled with the bad initial service is why they lost a star on their review. We would always go to this Little Caesars, but no more! We went in to get a deep dish, half pepperoni and half cheese. We know... they raised their prices from $8.99 to $11.99, but after I bought the pizza, it was $14.99! Not advertised anywhere it wouldring up to that! The lady was unhelpful and just said a manager wouldn?t be in for two days. I just got off the phone with themanager, after 2 days, and she told me that a ?half? topping pizza is an extra $3. I confirmed- that I knew their basic pizza?sraised from $5 to $5.55, but if I got one simple pizza like that, half cheese half pepperoni, how much would it be? She said$8.55. This is not advertised, overpriced for quality of pizza, and customer service was terrible. Ordered an ultimate supreme which costs $12 and all it came with was onions Green peppers and mushrooms that weren?t even cooked... that were thrown on after the pizza was cooked. One of our other pizzas had slices from some other pizza added to it it wasn?teven a complete pizza. I don?t expect a lot from little Caesars but this is pretty bad. Read more
Hit or miss. Sometimes they are understaffed and every order is late until the wait times are too long. Other times it's fine.... They also have a habit of leaving pizzas on a shelf before putting them in the warmer. The result is too often cold pizza. Read more
