October 22, 2022. Cold rainy day. Perfect for a hot bowl of spicy Karai Ramen. Plenty spicy and the noodles were perfection. The... pork chashu was so tender the fat melted in my mouth. Definitely highly recommended. Read more

I have been to Haru Ramen a few times now and will continue to go back. It is a quiet and intimate location, and the service is... fast. I have gotten vegetable ramen each time I have gone, and it has been consistently good. The vegetables are super fresh(it comes with broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, and cabbage), and the noodles are perfectly cooked. The broth is not as flavorfulas some other ramen shops I have been to in the past, but it is a nice base. There is also a nice chili oil if you want to add alittle extra zest. Overall, it is a tasty option in the Clearfield/Layton area if you are craving some ramen. Read more

The gyoza and wontons we're solid. I got the spicy tonkotsu ramen, and while the chashu pork and the broth was really good, I... was a bit disappointed in the egg and the noodles. The server was very friendly though. Overall, it's much better than mostother ramen joints closeby, and I would still consider coming back soon Read more

Been a regular here for many years, since they opened. Service is prompt or reasonable (depending on volume of customers), and... their ramen and broths are always consistently good. I?ve tried ramen at a few locations around the northern Wasatch front, butthis is my favorite. The Tonkotsu is my favorite. It is SO creamy and flavorful. Read more

Came here 3 years ago and it was great but they seem to be pretty short staffed. Shoyu ramen was a bit too salty, still mostly... good, but I got given my ticket when I wanted to order some mochi. They didn't even ask if I wanted a second beer, so serviceseems to be suffering in these post-pandemic times. Read more

Wasn?t very busy, but only one woman working so I tried to be patient. After just shy of 15 minutes I was finally seated (table... for 1 and plenty of open tables). The waitress was very cold and took my order. I got the tonkontsu ramen. It did come outpretty fast, but it was terrible. The noodles tasted like they were from instant ramen package and the broth was very watery andhad zero flavor. To top it off it was not hot only luke warm. The egg was not properly cooked. I will say the pork had a goodflavor, but I didn?t even bother with the broth. Even after covering it with red chili peppers it still lacked flavor. I wasn?texpecting authentic Japanese ramen, but would have nice to have at least instant ramen quality. Would not recommend. Read more
