The lady who was taking our order had some hearing issues. I had to repeat my order over and over. She was very friendly, but... she worked very slow. Well I've been there 4 times. First time they totally gave me the wrong order. Ordered spicy chicken meal. They served me a... deluxe. 2nd time ordered the same, they put no spicy sauce on at all. 3rd time they forgot 2 McChickens. 4th time I ordered acaramel frappe and found what looked like a small piece of gauze at the bottom. If i could leave no stars i would?every time my boyfriend and i come to this mcdonald?s they always serve old food, the... sandwiches are always a mess and the night shift manager usually has an attitude. we hope it gets different when we come but itdoesn?t. i?m tired of the attitude from these workers and tonight it was a manager. they messed up his sandwiches and he askednicely to have it fixed and she argued. i used to work at burger king and if any of us acted like that it would not fly.something needs to be done with the night shift workers. the only manager i have not ever had a problem with is aaron mccracken.we would go downtown but their hours aren?t the same. Possibly the worst McDonald's I've eaten at. Fries were undercooked. Not old and cold -- they were undercooked. Floors looked... like they hadn't been mopped in a few days. Bathroom stunk of urine and was very dirty. Just awful. Not asking for much --just a relatively clean environment and adequate product. Read more
This was your typical McDonald's. However, the tables were pretty much all dirty when we tried to find a place to sit. I ended... up cleaning one of the tables myself, so we could have a semi clean place to eat. Also every single garbage inside the placeincluding the bathrooms were all over flowing. Read more
Night shift management is TRASH should probably just shut your night shift down save some money, and save yourself from getting... more 1 star reviews. I get home after a long night of work, which is 30 minutes from the McDonald's. They didn't even put mypatties in the burger, the top half of my cup of fries was fresh, and then half way down it went to cold hard fries fromprobably 6 hours ago. Typical McDonald's and good service. They were a bit slow and seemed to have some worker issues when we were there.
Messed up my order at the drive thru when I looked through my obviously small bag, the employee seemed offended. They forgot 4... or 7 items. Four! And gave attitude when I told them. Read more
