I?m disgusted, they put their employee?s and customer?s lives in grave danger with a CO2 leak that they were well aware of for... a long time. They got mad at employees for calling emergency services and evacuating the building during dangerous levels ofexposure. I even heard they told employees to call them first and never shut down the store no matter what. Please don?t supportthis location it could be your family member they kill first, I will never give them my business again after this level ofincompetence and lack of care for customers and staff. I don't know why i keep coming to this location, instead of driving the extra few miles to the I-80 location. This location, no... matter how many people are in the drive thru, whether its 2 people or 20, if you do curbside they will ignore you for at least15mins. Today when i put that i was at the curbside and paid for the food, there was 4 people in the drive thru. When they werefinished, there was no one for couple minutes, so i was expecting someone to walk my food out to me. No one showed up, then isaw 4 other people roll on through, order, pay, and get their food and leave and yet I'm still sitting at curbside waiting formy food. Let me also add, that they were not busy inside either. I rather drive the extra few miles to go to the I-80 locationwhere they seem to treat their curbside equal to their drive-thru and inside customers. Read more
Food is usually pretty good. Occasional mess up with the order but for the most part, pretty good. But the sweet tea is very hit... and miss (mostly miss). When it's good, it's really good. But the majority of the time, it ends up dumped down the drain. Read more
I've tried to order on the app to get a free sandwich with a $1 item of the menu. It's not really the McDonald's fault but the... app's. Nothing worked right. Finally I've got my sandwich after trying a few times. But then I was charged extra and got nothingfor that. The app sucks big time. Nothing works as it should. Children everywhere love McDonald's. But their prices have become so high that it's just insulting to stop there. The product... is worse than ever. And the price is preposterous. This company has changed their business model. They are now trying to makeas much money on each product as possible, and not focus on volume as much. Bad business. Avoid this place, total ripoff.
