This is my local Wendy's. The food is always fresh and hot and everyone is nice.
Customer service was good. Food was terrible. It was so dry and had no flavor. They forgot the pickles and the worst looking... burger ever. Won?t be returning to this location. The manager was very rude. And when I tried to talk to the manager about the poor quality service and all that she tried to just... blame it all on being short staffed and not want to own up to it. My food was half hot and half ice cold. And when I mentionedto her how no one accolledged me she didn't care. None of the staff seem to want to be there or they just want to be on theirphones. I love two specific things about Wendy's. The first is their baked potatoes. The second is their biggie bags. In my opinion... they have some of the best nuggets among the fast food chains. This time I got a biggie bag with a double stack. My son notedthat their Polynesian dipping sauce was relatively low calorie. This is good because I am keeping track of calories. Wendy's ismy favorite fast food burger restaurant. This location is clean, quick, and accurate. Read more
Staff wasn't as friendly,we had to go up several times to ask for condiments because none were placed out,the ice machine was... out of ice , so we had to continuously wait for somebody to bring the ice from the back somewhere just to fill our drinks Read more
Went there at 2:30pm and it was closed. Went thru drive thru, burned old fries, soda tha5 tasted like sugar only, no taste, old... nuggets. Awful service. Starting to hate Wendy's Read more
This location has always been pretty good until recently. Now the drive-through takes way longer than usual and if you don't... check what you are given, chances are your order will be wrong. Seems to be the same employees each time this stuffhappens. Update: just went again....different staff this time. Woman working the drive thru was rude.
