Drive-Thru was not busy only one other car in front of me at 2pm in the afternoon and the drive thru staff forgot to put an item... into my bags. Chick-fil-A is the last restaurant that I would expect to make this mistake but it appears the staff here is nottrained up to their usual standards. Read more

This was my worst experience at Chick-fil-A. I ordered breakfast with a side of yogurt. The actual product looked nothing like... the menu picture. My cup of yogurt was filled halfway. When I asked to have it filled to get my $5 worth. They replied with,"you have to come inside". Then when I went inside they tell me, "that's the amount you get". I just got a refund.
