We ate at Perkins last night, our server was Misty. There was limited staff, with Misty being the only server for quite a... while. She did a great job, didn't get flustered & very pleasant to all customers. We were amazed at how well she handledthings as it got busier while still maintaining her good attitude. Read more
ABSOLUTELY the worst food I?ve ever had and I love Perkins. Zero condiments which being at a hotel is important. Ordered extra... cocktail sauce/salad dressing? rec?d none. I think my experience could have been a WHOLE LOT better, had we gotten a DIFFERENT server. Ms 'Brandi H' was our server. She... had bad attitude towards us, upon us getting seated. Ordered the Tremendous 12 to share - requested sugar free syrup, got theregular. There were, we counted, 7 other servers, a total of 8, not including the mgmt. Every other server appeared happy andchipper; ours? I'd swear she got a tlkn to by mgmt before we came in, by the appearance of how she carried herself! Specificallyasked for "extra burnt bacon" and it came out soggy and limp. Had to send back and she acted like we put her out in the rain!Came back and still limp. I love omelettes. Nobody makes them like Perkins. I wish they would come to the Phoenix area.
I ordered the pot roast, usually very good in other locations. They brought me out some charred meat smothered in burnt gravy. I... told my waitress it was burnt she took just the meat back then returned with more overcooked meat She said I wasn't going to becharged but when I went to the cash register it rang up full price, the manager said it was replaced in under 10 minutes so itwas full price. I don't know what happened to this restaurant, both management and workers are different and both the serviceand the food is terrible. Do not eat here. Read more
