Clean location with a friendly staff located just off I-35. Culver's always tastes better the closer you get to Wisconsin and... this place is no exception. The double butter burger with cheese and cheese curds hit the spot for this road-weary traveler. Irecommend washing it down the Culver's Root Beer. Definitely a good choice to get your vittles! I?m always a fan of Culver?s food. Not this time. I can usually give some grace to workers that make a conscious effort but make... a few mistakes along the way. Our whole experience from beginning to end was poor. The drive thru speaker was not working so wewaited about 5-6 minutes at the speaker. Received a chocolate shake that was luke warm and runny. Asked about it. She says, ?ohit?s like that because our machine is being taken down. I tasted it too and thought it was ok so I gave it to you.? Ok?..alright??Asked if there was any way to make the shake thicker and colder. Was told no. 5 minutes later she handed another shake.With thick custard. Average. Received rest of food. Wrong food. Waited another 5 minutes to be handed food with, ?here yougo.? I would strongly advise against having nine 16-22 year olds working at the same time. Food is always good. Ordered ice cream for dine in and waited 30 plus minutes to be told I should have ordered it to go to get... it sooner? I watched him retrieve the order from the refrigerator area at their back counter. It must have been sitting therethe whole time. I'm sorry Culver employee I should have ordered it a different way... Food was edible. There were 5 people in line, one cashier. Other employees standing around. When I got up to place my order... the cashier was asked a question by another employee and they stood around talking for a minute before I could place my order. After the couple behind me ordered. No one was in line so the cashier left and went to the restroom. Two groups of customerscame in and were trying to figure out where to order. After a few minutes someone from the back noticed a line forming and nocashiers so he asked someone else to do it. I stood there for 5+ minutes everyone else had received their food. A lady askedif I was still waiting and then she found my order sitting on the counter. We were in a hurry so we just left. Food was cold,fish sandwich looked like a fish finger and was dry, very little tarter sauce. Burger had way to much ketchup and mustard, sothat it was all over the wrapper. Of course they didn?t give me any napkins. My shake was melted and was vanilla custard withchocolate syrup in it instead of being a chocolate shake? Walked in to be greeted by at least 4 employees! Fantastic customer servive! We had just been to Perkins next door waited way... longer to even acknowledge we were there so we just left.
