Never in a million years did I think I would be on here leaving a 5 star review for a Subway but here I am on the 4th of July... weekend, after stopping at the Flying J subway, leaving a 5 star review. I should have caught their names but they were swampedwhen we stopped in. The young lady and the young gentleman who were working there today were rather fabulous. The gentleman wasvery tall, soft spoken, kind and eager to make sure he got everything right. The young lady was on the short side (I can saythis because I too am vertically challenged) with Dark red hair. She was quick to restock and help her co-worker out in between"jazzing up" the subs as he slid them down to her. Our subs were made exactly how we wanted them made and the #3 on a wrap is anew favorite of mine for sure. Well done you two, well done indeed!! Read more
1 person working. Didnt wash hands between taking money and serving next customer. This place NEVER has unsweet tea. Diabetics... can't have sweet tea. How lazy are they that they cannot brew unsweet tea? Read more
My experience was awful from the employee putting steak instead of chicken on my sub to at the end not accepting my gift card... because machine was broken. Terrible service. I had to ask twice for the girl to change her gloves because she kept touching everything. And then while my... sandwich was in the toaster she started cleaning things again and touched my food without changing her gloves. So I gave up andwalked away. Why wear gloves if you are going to touch everything in the place with those gloves before you touch my food? If Iwanted to eat your thermometer I would have asked for it. Read more
I went in at 930 pm on a Thursday. They had ZERO tomatoes according to employee. Also qere out of spinach and the bread i... prefer. 24 hr store.... employee asked me 2x if i wanted to pay for extra meat even tho i was already paying for more than iwas getting. She then asked me if i wanted it toasted. I said no,and shook head no. She still attempted to put in toaster.Absolutely ridiculous on several levels. Read more
Stopped in got fuel at flying j went in to get Subway sandwich and the only person working at 330am was on lunch break. Told me... I'd have to wait 12-15 more minutes till he got back from break. I had to roll. I know im only one person with one sandwich butthey just lost a sale cuz I had to roll on. Already in fuel island 20 mins. Thank u, really was looking forward to a Subway. Read more
I was in line behind another customer before ten. They close at ten but I was denied service due to the lady in front of me... being chosen as last customer. Even after I stood while she was making other sandwiches. She had plenty of time to make the ladyin front and mine. Read more
