Saturday 11-5 at 3:30 whoever is on shift is on top of their game. Everyone was in a great mood, my fries were fresh and the... entire order was correct. Hate the kiosk in the middle of the walk way. They are a pain to use! Unfortunately now employees don't know what to do when a... customer is in front of them.. For a simple drink order...a latte..took way too long. There was no backups in the store or thedrive thru. Read more

This happened at the cle elum McDonald's. I had been hiking in the mountains nearby and I went in there with my friend and I had... low blood sugar and I wasn't feeling very good. I went up to the counter and there was five people or so sitting around in acircle and they seem to be talking to whoever was in charge this manager lady. And I was waving my hands and going hello hellobecause I was so hungry I needed protein or I felt like I was going to collapse. Finally somebody came over after about 10minutes of being ignored and I told that person I really needed food or I was going to fall down. And the person looked at mekind of dumbfounded like they didn't have a clue and so I just said when a customer walks in and is waving his hands and your 6ft away from him you should probably wait on him. And then the people behind the counter instead of acknowledging the problemand saying sorry sir what they did was they all looked at me like a team and as though I was some kind of a bad intruder. When Igot the food the food was okay but my friend got sick the next day. All I'm saying here is please make sure that if you go thereif they ignore you get their attention or they won't serve you they just expect you to automatically go and get on the kioskalso they were blaring rock and roll music when we went in there.
