Great staff, but they are under staffed and overworked.
Making this review as I sit in the parking lot the people that work in there have attitude problems especially the short one... with the short brunette hair. Every time I come in here I have an issue with her the first time she refused to give me thecondiments that I asked for and then now this time I asked for Italian bread and she gave me Italian and herb which I also didnot ask for. I?ve dealt with the black girl that?s in there and she seems to be the only person with some common sense althoughher Customer Service also isn?t the best. I?m definitely just gonna go to the one across the street inside Walmart from now onbecause these people are simply annoying and cant make a simple sandwich. Read more
All Subway's are not created equal. This one is by far the best we've been to. We've never had bad service or experiences here.... Staff is friendly, store is clean, food is perfect. Read more

This SubWay has drive thru, pick up, and inside service. My Sub is always done to perfection with inhouse baked breads, fresh... ingredients and toppings. The staff are all professionals and give personal attention to each order. This facility is spotlessand is one of the BEST in Richmond. You should try it. Read more
We found the 2 person crew to be superb! I regret not noting names but on a late sunday night visit the crew was really great!... all sandwiches made as requested, Pleasant, friendly service. Chatted with the youngster in the group about sports in anappropriate and friendly way that made him feel really welcome! Hard to find a fast food place where you feel welcome as acustomer. These two were great! The food was fresh, and sandwiches were super too! Read more

This store lacks customer service and cleanliness. I frequent this location and will not be back after today. Tall, female... employee with purple hair is very unsanitary & unfriendly. I have witnessed her be very rude to her coworkers on multipleoccasions, as well as touch everything with her gloves & continue to make sandwiches and touch food with the same pair. Today Iwatched her come in from smoking & not wash her hands. This is disgusting to me. I left and went to the subway by Fox Pizza.They are always are very friends & clean. Read more
