Me and two friends came in with online orders. We waited for 45 minutes for our food and two of the three orders were incorrect.... I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a burger. Didn?t complain cause I didn?t wanna be there for 2 days. Staff was veryargumentative and unhelpful. Love wendies food but DO NOT come to this store. Read more

probably the worst Wendy's I've been to. it took thirty minutes to get food, and 4 people that ordered way after us got there's... first. there was a long line of people waiting to receive orders. Not to mention it was freezing inside, and the drink machinewasn't working properly. After we finally got food, there was still families waiting that had been there since we had. Read more

The service here is just too slow. Every time I think about coming I just drive buy because the line I wrapped around and moves... at a sloth?s pace. I decided to go inside today and worst decision. I think I?ve been waiting for 20 minutes and the coupondidn?t work and the worker wasn?t able to help or try to help. It wasn?t worth the energy to figure out. The food here has never done me wrong. What disappoints me is never knowing if dine-in will be open. I assume it's a staffing... shortage, but it's frustrating to go there expecting to eat inside, only to be directed to the drive through. Is there not away to make sure the closure is reflected on the app? I'm not sure who has control of those logistics, so I understand it may bebeyond management's control. I guess I'm just ready for people to get back to holding jobs instead of drawing unemployment. This is a great place to start! ???? Read more

DELIVERY DRIVERS BEWARE! If their lobby is closed it WILL take 20+ minutes to get your delivery order. If they have an open... lobby its not as big a wait. Their drive thru workers have ZERO manners and treat you like a complete nuisance. When Isuggested they should adopt something like what McDonalds has, where they have a doorbell for delivery people if their lobby isclosed so we can get our deliveries out fast, I was told to ?deal with it?. You?re gonna need a big tip to make deliveringtheir orders worth it. Read more

They closed they dining area at 7pm on a Saturday. The drive-thru was 15 vehicles deep. At first I thought it they might be... short staffed, but when I finally did make it to the window there were 6 employees (that I could see) joking around; two ofwhich were on their cellphones. The person that took my order, kept cutting me off when I was trying to place my order. I don'tknow if something was wrong with their headset, but it was very annoying. Ordered a large Chili and a grilled chicken sandwich. Was in a rush to get back to work and saw that my order wasn't correct. I... usually check before I pull off but I was running late. I would just like like the staff to double check before sending foodout. My money is tight and I want what I pay for. Other than that I don't have any problems with this location. Read more

Worst Wendy's Ive been to. Went here to get some fries and try the new strawberry frosty. Cashier asked me to pull into the... mobile pickup spot as they make my frosty and it was very busy. No problem. About 20 minutes go by and no one has come out withmy frosty. I go up to the lobby door and knock but am just ignored. Wait outside for about ten minutes trying to get someone toassist but still no one comes. So ended up leaving without my frosty. Would normally just put this in a survey but I never gotmy receipt.
