A fairly decent local restaurant. They have a small menu but a good variety of food plus pizzas. I feel like some of the food is... hit or miss as far as flavor. Like the seafood pasta and pizzas are excellent! But the sandwiches are just okay. It seems likeit's always busy when we go and seating is limited so there is the chance you might have to wait. I hate to share. When you find a precious gem you want to keep it all to yourself. My wife and I went to Clayton to see a... prosthetic specialist. We decided to eat lunch while in Clayton. We put best restaurants in Claytonin google. The first 2 wereclosed so we went with Tavern 42. Friendly staff, great wine and beer selection even on draft. Fresh ground beef cookedperfectly medium well. Real mushrooms and not canned. My wife ordered 3 sides which could have main courses in themselves. Not all wings are created equal but these wings are on point!! No wings are complete without great dressing and the bleu cheese... dressing was also creamy and tasty. Had a cup of joe that was great along with real creamer. The kids menu was decent too.Highly recommend this joint! Read more

Pizza was good. My family loved the parmesan wings!! We had take out. We are going to stop in one afternoon and see what its... like. I will take pics and review more then. Im sure we will be going soon. Update!! We just went for lunch the other day. Ishoulda known with all the cars there that its good food. It is. If they dont go crazy increasing prices like some do we willbe a regular there. Calzone was great. Fresh spinach and could tell they knew what they were doing making it. Wings wereamazing! Asked for them crispy got honey bbq and we topped em with Texas pete for a sweet heat and they were perfect! . theyhave specials going on each day. Gonna be my place to go for sure. Only thing i wish u could get a full order of wings . theyonly give you 8 for $12. Thats a bit high i get them other places for less so they could add 2 more wings to their orders. Read more

Was our first time going here and had a nice experience. Food and drinks were good and the service was top notch. They have... music bingo, trivia and live music on Saturday. Can't wait to come back and try a new entree. Read more
A good place must be shared when discovered. One of my coworkers who lives nearby informed me about this one. The interior is... small and can get very crowded. Seating is also available outside, however it can get fairly crowded outside, much like inside.The parking is OK but I'm not a huge fan. On the menu, there is a decent variety of items. Nevertheless, everything I orderedwas fantastic. A full bar with a wide variety of beer and liquor selections is also available. Everything was fairly affordablein terms of cost. If you want to enjoy a refreshing drink and some delicious food, I suggest trying it. Read more
