Wish we'd another Subway around and could avoid going to this place. My wife and I went there last night and had terrible... experience. The worker named Laura prepared our foods, and she's the worst Subway worker I've ever met. She put all the items inthe middle of the sandwich, and then when she wanted to heat it up at the end, she broke the whole sandwich. It was tastelessand soggy when we finally got to eat it. She doesn't deserve to play around with people's foods. Read more

Ordered online. All 5 sandwiches had old, hard and flaky bread. Husbands sandwich had about 30 jalapeños on it. I didnt have... extra sauce as requested. It was a mess. Would not recommend ordering online at this location. I sent pics of bread on mysurvey. Owner or mgr did email me but didn't offer anything other than apology. Read more

Went to the subway across from Riverwood. Never had problems there before, been several times. I am a local to the area and have... worked in the same shopping center for over 6 years. I am a Mexican American young woman, born and raised in Johnston county. Ibrought my own drink ,that I had purchased somewhere else, in the subway and when I went to pay I made sure to clarify that itwas not from the subway store. I stated that I had bought it from a gas station, never specifying that it was from the gasstation connected to the subway. Once sat down, the assistant manager proceeded to check the fridge and go to the gas station toverify if in fact it was bought from the connected gas station. While eating my meal i could hear the assistant manager say ihad stolen the drink. I was greatly offended and did not understand why she would assume the drink was stolen, proceed to checkat the gas station, and talk to the gas station employee that the drink had been stolen. Once I was done with my meal, I walkedover to the counter and asked for the lady?s name. She proceeded to say her name was Jennifer and then asked why. Wanting toagain clarify I said I had not taken the drink from their fridge, I had walked in with the drink already. I don?t see why shehad to go to the extent to check with the gas station person to see if it was true. I never said it was from the connected gasstation. I made sure to let her know I was going to talk to higher authority and for her to check the cameras. I am offended byhow rude the assistant manager was to assume I would steal. Read more

WORST experience ever and they owe me money. Online orders placed-had to do 2 due to your rules on order size (7 items). Go to... pick up 5:40 and they say they dont have access to the order. Had to go home to print out order for 7 people. Come back. GIvethem the order. They start making it, but stop my LATE order at least 5 times to make orders for walk ins. THEN tell me 3 thingson my order they dont even have, but cant give me money back because a manager isn't there until MONDAY!!?? So, my 5:40 pick upwas still not ready by 6:20! Some sandwiches were sitting there made while they kept putting them off to go take care of others.They finished my order at 6:40! AN HOUR after it was supposed to be ready!Then I get home, one was wrong and must have beenfirst made-so soggy it couldnt be picked up and was missing things. I go to take it back to be remade, come home to find anotherwas not old, cold, soggy, but she just said forget it. I had been there 3 times, the kids were hungry, 2 people were coming fromRaleigh so didn't even check theirs until later. This was a joke. How can you not have items, not access an order, and have NOWAY TO REFUND MY MONEY. There is no excuse for this mismanagement and lack of corporate support when the worker called. This isalways one of the worst locations but closest to home. We hadn't been here in 6 months due to the last experience, but thisbeats that by a longshot. I worked in restaurants in college and NEVER was in a situation where there was no one in charge tofix problems. This is a sad excuse for a restaurant. On top of that, I have seen some jerk guy boss in the past there treat anAA employee so awful. He was hounding her, telling her do this, do that, sweep, fill soda, get spinach, while the others juststood there. I wonder why she no longer works there? Read more
