I went to drive through at 8:45pm after work in Clayton 12/3. Could not find debit card next am. Left detailed message for... manager to call me. No return call. Called again , put on hold, then disconnected. So I called bank and cancelled my card.Called restaurant back, manager Faghey, said my card was not given back to me in timely manner and they were "sorry", they hadit in the safe . But I had already cancelled my card a few hours earlier. I can wait up to 14days for new card OR pay $15 forfaster delivery. This not only happened in Clayton but also few months ago at 40:42 Garner. Service was welcoming BUT pork skins are very hard and overcooked. I purchased them on two occasions and had to throw away half... of them. I want be buying from that location again. Very disappointed! 1st rated 2 star Update: Changing rate to 5 star.Received a response back from SCBBQ and was sent an apology and gift card to try again. When I finally had them again they wereperfect. Thank you so much. ?? Read more

Huge chicken breast and wing. Tasty Brunswick stew. Ok potato salad. Ok pork barbeque. Good sweet tea.

Good food, fast service. The menu is hard to read/follow when you have several folks in the car/van. It would be great to have... the menu available BEFORE we get to the speaker. The staff wants to get your order, and get you out of the way..and why don'tyou offer condiments when ordering? As fast as you are pushing people through, we have missed condiments, napkins, flatware whenwe arrived at our destination, all for the sake of your speed, and the car behind us. That is NOT good Customer Service. Eitherassume that we want EVERYTHING, or just ask kindly when we order, not when you are shoving a $40.00 bag of food, drinks, and agallon of tea in the window of my car please! Read more

I ordered the shrimp platter and got a lot more sides than shrimp, maybe about 3 ounces or less hidden underneath the hush... puppies. Perhaps there's a seafood shortage or supply chain issue, or instead of raising prices, they reduced the amount offood so you don't feel the inflation. Whatever the case, if you want a satisfying meal, get one of the chicken combos instead. Read more

New building. Food & service was good. Restrooms were clean and no touch sensors are used on faucets, soap, & hand towel... dispenser. Entrance/exit for drive thru/parking was easy. Read more
