Placed a mobile order, two iced coffees and a box of 25 donut holes. Walked in 7 or 8 mins after my order was ready. Both drinks... were waiting for me, no issues. The donut holes were no where to be found. I waited about 5 mins, then decided to ask. When Iasked I immediately got a ton of attitude, and when she asked to see my mobile order, she just said ?Oh?.? ?We only have glazedleft? Which was totally fine. My issue is I paid $10 for the box and she was just going to hope I took the drinks and leave andjust lose $10. Terrible experience, will not be back. Read more

One of my fav Dunkins of all time. Messed up my mobile reward order. The employees tries to refund my money but couldn't. They... tried though. They, unlike most places these days, offered alternative solutions and were extremely courteous even though I wasthe one who messed up the order. They were quick to have my orders ready and made to perfection. Love this location! Thank youall! Read more
The kids were so excited to get donuts so we went. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted rudely with someone on the speaker,... basically rushing us with our order, only to tell us they were out of almost every donut. I usually always come here for my usual bacon egg and cheese bagel, donuts for the kids and my coffee. Order was 15 dollars. All... I had was a 50 dollar bill, and she refused to take it, and said they can?t take bills more than half the order. But come on.It?s not like I handed her 100 dollars. My experience was good so I thought. I went through the drive thru on 6/29 and purchased 50 Munchkins. When I got home I was... very disappointed with my purchase. It was more than I asked for and every one that had been tasted was old. If your gonna giveaway more make sure they are fresh at least. Tried calling the store to voice my complaint and it went to a voicemail that wasto full ????. Customer service is at an all time low people.
