I arrived around 7:45pm to pick up a pizza order my brother placed for his small birthday party. My brother placed the order via... Dominos app. It was 4 medium two topping pizzas. When I walked it, I was promptly greeted by a staff person who asked how wouldthey help me. I gave told them I was picking up a order. I gave them my brothers name, to which he obtained the pizzas andhanded it to me. The guy was extremely friendly and had a huge smile on his face that almost seemed fake. Of all the times I?vepicked up Dominos from several location across, including different states, and I have never had a person be so friendly andsmiling so hard. 10/22/22 get home after picking up my order and bite into the deep dish only to discover the dough is not cooked..literally so... undercooked the dough is still gummy?in other words it?s is RAW. So I call and request a refund and offer to send pictures viatext or email after over hearing the manager say to the employee who took my call there is no way it could be raw. Said managerthen gets on the phone and attempts to argue me down that it is raw, claims to be the general manager and offers to remake it ifI bring it in and show him. Utterly ridiculous to expect that and to insinuate your customer is a liar and tell them how longyou have been cooking pizzas! Awful customer experience for sub par food. We have attempted multiple times, months apart to order from this location and have... yet to actually receive our food. Both times tried to call the store only to get a busy tone after waiting almost 2 hours forour order. Based on other reviews, seems like there is a serious management problem that needs addressing. Being short staffedhere and there is one thing, but it being so consistent is a management and corporate issue. Do better, Dominoes. I?d rather paymore to a local place that will actually provide the food I order. Read more
Order was ?supposedly? started prep at 2:13pm. It is now 3:50 and it?s still in the prep stage. Sounds very unsanitary. (Maybe a... food inspector should look into this.) Not the first time this has happened from this same store. Assumed it was under new?management? or new ?ownership? by now going by all the negative reviews on the same thing. I ordered dinner at 4:24, estimated delivery time was 27-37 minutes and by 5:30 my food had still not arrived. When we called... the store to find out what was going on we were told our food had not even been cooked yet. We were told it was just now beingprepared and would be out on the next delivery. The person who answered the phone at the store did not seem to care at all, notvery good customer service. Got a test saying they were close at 6:10. By 6:20 the site says it was delivered, but nothing isdelivered, so we called again and all the woman had to say was "uh-huh, it says its out" awful customer service. So here we sit,hungry... I'll rate 3 stars instead of 2 because it's not entirely their fault. We waited over an hour and a half and our food still said... "preparing" so I called and found out they only had one driver so they were waiting to cook it until they were ready. Iappreciated that but they also didn't know when that would be so I offered to go get it myself. In exchange for a $5 deliveryfee and an $8 tip, they offered me a 2 liter of Sprite. I requested brownies in addition to make up for the price difference andthey agreed. I was thankful for that as well. However, I still had to go pick up the food and Dominos is only 4 star pizza tobegin with (in my opinion). Read more
I just ordered two medium pizzas, two chicken Alfredo pastas and the I received by delivery is dried and out and needless to say... not fit for anyone to consume. I tried calling the store to voice my concerns and someone keeps disconnecting the line. Read more
I order here pretty often and have always been presented with the best customer service!! & They always remember the sauce!!
