11/20/2022 It might have been the time of day 11:15am on a Sunday, but the effort could've been better. The initial contact was... pleasant and the attendant wished me a good day. Things changed in the short distance between windows. There was a car in frontof me and it was 5-10mins before they received their food. I pulled up and waited an additional 5mins. No pleasantries wereuttered by the attendant. Handed over the drink and then the rest of my order. Got home, the fries were cold and the sandwichlukewarm. Come on BK you can do better. Read more

Seeing other reviews makes me realize it wasn't only me it happened to. I went in after coming through the drive through to let... them know I was missing a sandwich. The nasty bitter woman there with glasses immediately got an attitude and started snapping.Mind you, I politely asked because mistakes happen, they deal with a lot of people through the day. I refuse to engage thispetty woman and walked out. I'm not arguing with over a $5 sandwich. Yes, I paid for it but I was already having a terrible day,so what would've came out my mouth would've been insanely inappropriate. That may women doesn't have the same self control Iguess. Regardless, I will be calling corporate because that's basically theft. I tell you I'm missing a sandwich and you yell atyour coworker when he did nothing, while talking about me like I cant hear you, then come to me be super rude and disrespectfulabout it and to top it off you called me a liar. The woman taking drivethru orders is rude af. All she?s trying to do is cut you off while ordering to up sale medium or large... to your meal. I went inside to order, because the drive-thru line was really long. Took a few minutes for someone to take my order. I ordered... a Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich, but got a plain chicken sandwich which was over cook; extremely dry. The whooper I ordered wasfresh and hot. Read more
First, let me preface this review by saying Wendy's across the street was closed because the storm knocked out their system. ... So, you can imagine how busy they were when I arrived. Dominique, let me say it again, Dominique was absolutely amazing,composed, and friendly amidst the chaos!!! He had his team running like a well oiled machine and I was extremely impressed withhis attitude from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. Every Burger King needs a Dominique!!!
