Went to Bojangles yesterday morning for breakfast and got REALLY, REALLY, REALLY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered the Bo chicken combo... and was shocked that I could not eat that sandwich. It was hard and difficult to eat or even bite into. It looked just like theMcChicken sandwich that my daughter likes and I hate. My experience makes me not want to return to the Clayton Bojangles becauseif I want to waste my hard earned money I can do it another way. Read more
Friendly staff, clean store. Store loses points for the temperature of the food offered to their customers. Chicken was nearly... cold, bo rounds and sausage biscuit was old / cold and had to be remade. Disappointed in the overall experience. Read more
The food is delicious yet the chicken can be a bit spicy for me. I went inside this time because like always the drive-thru line... was extremely long. People must love it because they continuously wait in that long line for the food. Read more
Wait 15 minutes for my food just for them to tell me I need to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes for dark meat. The process they hve... obviously doesn?t work because they should have know to drop the dark meat 15 minutes ago when I placed my order. Horribleservice and a complete waste of time. Read more

We ordered at the drive they 4 of the 4 piece supreme dinners and that is what we aid for. When we got home they were 3 piece ... supreme dinners, no napkins, no straws and the drive thru staff were rude! I called back to complain and they hung up the phoneon me! Will never go there again. Don't let the hype fool you. I traveled over a thousand miles to experience my first Bojangles' (among other things) and was... disappointed. Service was spotty; either good or bad. The food is okay at best. The saving grace and "amazing-ness" is theirseasoning salt that they use for fries. I feel like I could put that on a snail and it would taste good. Read more
I am not a fan of fried food. The biscuit was great. Typical fast food. Noisy.
