My first time. It was a nice experience. The food was very tasty. The coffee was good. I will return.
I wish I could rate this Biscuitville location higher but the wait is insane! Line wrapped all the way out to 70! Don?t know if... they?re short-staffed or bad management, but literally have waited in the drive through OVER 45 minutes and still not at thewindow to get my food. If there was another place that served breakfast after 11 and Pepsi I would not come here, especially ona Saturday. Food is great though, but they need help! Read more
malfunction junction. staff everywhere but seemed liked no one knew what was going on. waited just a couple of minutes to... order inside. then over 30 minute wait for a simple biscuit & gravy. gave me my order. but left off the gravy! . Read more
I?m highly disappointed and disgusted with the service that I received at this particular Biscuitville location on September 28,... 2022. I say that in large because there was no line upon my entering the facility. Despite that, it took approximately fourminutes before I was even acknowledged while I stood there waiting to place my order. I was simply told that someone would bewith me shortly to which I said okay. A black lady finally came over from the drive through to take my order appropriately twominutes later. She did so without greeting me or apologizing for the extended wait. I was flabbergasted by the time that it tookto get service because there were only five cars in the drive through at the time. Moving along, two Caucasian men entered notlong after I finished placing my order. An Indian gentleman that was working in the back came up to help immediately upon seeingthem in line to take their order. I was aghast by the variance in service levels especially given that I was barely acknowledgedupon receiving my food. But not only that, I wasn?t invited to come again upon departing. Keeping all of that in mind, I don?twant to say that the difference in service levels was based on race but it leaves me to ponder if that?s the difference. WhileI?m doing so, I?ll refrain from visiting this location in the future in favor of Bojangles or Dunkin Donuts and I?d encourageothers to do the same, particularly minorities. Read more
Pretty sure the best fast food biscuits and gravy I've ever had. Gravy is a nicely peppered semi spicy white sausage gravy.... Biscuit tasted very fresh and not like it was under a heat lamp for awhile. Under $4 and only 300 calories according to themenu. Read more

OMG! This place has the best biscuits EVER!! Can't wait to return , I had the sausage egg n cheese which was Lovely. My family... had the Chicken Biscuit and the Biscuit platter with grits and what I noticed was that the prices were very reasonable. Food was good. Service was a bit slow as they were using a new ordering system so might improve over time.
