I was working in the area and stopped by for a quick early lunch break around 11:30am yesterday. I had never been to this... location. I have been getting Subway for years. There were only two ladies in front on me in the store and I noticed the otherlady was handling online orders. I patiently waited in line to order my food. Another lady kept glaring at me me and I wasn'tsure why. She took my order & started asking me what kind of bread I wanted. But was ringing out the customer before me. I wasconfused because every time i go to subway over the past 20 years, they don't ask you that unless they are making your sandwich.I told her my order and what kind of bread. If I could give a zero, I would. Because I subscribe to a clean diet that excludes pork or any cross contamination as a result... of touching the meat, I requested that the person who was serving me, change her gloves. She was extremely rude and refused toserve me and totally disregarded my rights as a customer. As a patriot to subway, I don't think the treatment I received todayshould ever be tolerated. I bought 6 cookies today and they were old and dry. I got them on my lunch break and had no time to take them back. Tasted like... they were days old. Aren't the ones that don't sell the day you close trashed? Read more
I waited for 10 minutes at the counter with no workers around to help me, I looked in the back room which was open, checked the... bathroom, no workers. I walked out back to see two workers chatting having a grand time behind the building. I mentioned my waittime and how there were no workers present for quite some time. I was met with attitude and a rude employee who threatened tokick me out. No need because I walked out. The building was also 90 degrees inside and the "refrigerated" condiments for thesandwiches looked to be going bad. Awful experience. Read more
I honestly want my money back. The meat balls where cold,old, and taste like something that would give me food positioning . I... didn't even eat it past the first meatball Plus the employee rolled my sandwich close to loose change on the counter. Nevercoming back. Read more
WOW!!!!! That?s the only way I can sum up my experience today! I was greeted with a smile and the service was TOP notch. We... talked while my sandwhich was being made and the two women working were an absolute delight. On top of this, the toppings werewell stocked and everything was VERY clean!
