Horrible online service got charged $39 for sandwiches I never received the owner did nothing Her staff did their best to try to... fix situation but due to the fact all online orders go to owners home instead of the store itself that creates huge amount ofdisfunction when something goes wrong because unless owner is actually at her computer to relay order to her shop then orderslike mine are paid for (and I called my credit card company 2 confirm ) but if order is never relayed to the store then ofcourse order never gets made. And Sadly this has happened twice I feel bad for her staff because they are very kind and helpfulbut there is only so much they can do when all online orders fall to the owner to process and then call into the shop.... I amlivid because I really love this Subway but the OWNERSHIP NEED ALOT OF WORK !!!!! BUT HER STAFF ARE LOVELY!!! Read more
I had a job of painting a couple rooms in clayton,ca & had lunch at subway....The rotisserie chicken was a pleasant change from... tuna & the employees there were at the time were pleasant & courteous...the store seemed clean aswell as being in order. Read more

I wrote a 5 star review over a year ago and now I?m back to give them a 1 Star. I come here from time to time. There?s an... elderly man that is super nice with great service... today I just had lunch and there is two elderly Indian woman in there withvery rude nasty attitude trying to over charge me and telling me how I don?t know how to make a sandwich.. rule #1, neverquestion how ppl eat, let them eat the way they want. I really don?t care how good the food is, if the quality of the service ispoor than u can expect to never return in the future. Read more

Me and the boys wanted to sit down and have a water and maybe a sandwich. A lady refused to let us sit if we weren?t getting a... sandwich and refused to give us who were not getting sandwiches a cup of water (mandated by law to give free water). Also, therewas nobody in there and we just wanted to sit down, if people were to come and wanted our seat, we would have left for them. Read more

I like it more than the other Subways. Workers nice, clean, easy parking. Nice place.
