I showed up and there was no one there. I waited about 10 mins and shouted hello. Then I gave up and left.
Prices on the menu board don?t match the register. No avocado available. Bathrooms a mess with no paper towels and... non-functioning air dryers. Each of these is not a big deal by itself but all together, not a great experience. Read more

This is the Subway right around the corner from my house. They used to be really good and have awesome employees but the past... few times I?ve been there have been very frustrating. The employees move slow, and not just like ?oh sorry we?re backed up? slowbut like ?I?m a disgruntled employee and I?m purposefully trying to make people as irritated as I am by moving in slow motion?SLOW. The employees always seem miserable and angry and again, the past few times I?ve been there at least a few people havewalked out while waiting in line, I?m not impatient either - They just take THAT long. This location definitely knows how to take care of their customers! I didn't online order the other day and there was some... mistakes made that I didn't know till I got back to work and it made the meal not complete and not right. I called and themanager called me back within a short time and told me to come in anytime and they would replace my meal. So I stopped today anda girl named Angel helped me. Well Angel was an angel! I felt like a valued customer and that they were trying to take care ofme. As a business owner myself, I plan to use this location for future Subway lunches! I was there Wednesday, August 31st around 11:45am. There was a woman working, I didn't catch her name but she had dark hair... pulled back with large gold hoop earrings and she was training a new hire. She was AWESOME! I don't normally write reviews, butshe was such a nice woman and knew a few of her customers in line with me well enough to have their lunch orders memorized. Rude Staff. Location looks awful inside and out. The ?Oven? was out so No Hot subs or Panini. I guess I fell for the new ads... with Steph Curry and Charles Barkley because the sandwiches taste so artificial, I recommend going to any other sandwich shop orat the very least a different subway location because this is by far the worst one in the Syracuse Area.
