We went to Olive Garden on 8/18/2022 and had Michelle M as a server along with Daniel as our greeter. Staff was awesome and made... our dining experience stress free. My wife and I were really impressed with Michelle our server who was very welcoming, polite,and personable. We even ordered desert to increase our bill to give her a better tip. I hope management sees Michelle's workethic treats her well! Read more

Olive Garden was never haute cuisine but you could rely on a decent meal with soup/salad. But I took a dozen family out for... dinner ( Bill was $275, not cheap) and food was disgusting! I ordered the chicken parm and what I got looked like a reheatedfrozen TV dinner. For $19 I would expect more than 2 twirls of pasta. The photo shows what I got after 3 bites of one chickenpatty. That's right what they sent seemed like those frozen chicken patties you got in the school cafeteria. And I didn't even touch the spaghetti. That photo shows exactly what they sent me. For $19 they could afford 25cents worth of pasta withtheir chicken patties. Without a doubt this was the worst dish claiming to be chicken parm I can ever recall trying to eat.Horrid. They other dinners were slightly better but no one was all that pleased. Only the soup and salad seemed up to par. Iwould be embarrassed to serve in my home what they brought us, let alone charge $275 for it. I'm done with Olive Garden. Iwon't return. Read more
Our waiter was Nick and I’m not sure I have ever had a better waiter in my life. He was so responsive and efficient. His... service was quick and always with a smile and kindness. Decided to try the Olive Garden in Clay for our anniversary. Our waitress, Alysha C. went above and beyond the meaning of great... service. She was very friendly and gave us excellent suggestions to try. Dinner was absolutely amazing. When it came to desertshe made it extra special when she came out with our choices that had Happy Anniversary written in chocolate syrup on theplates!!! Typically we Love Olive Garden! The food is fantastic and price reasonable. Nothing makes my mouth water more than chicken... gnocchi soup and alfredo pasta. However on this visit we were severely disappointed with our dining experience. It wasimpossible to enjoy our meal because we were being harassed by sooooo many flies! They were everywhere. On our food, our straws,our silverware, the table, the walls, the chairs. As soon as you would bat one away, two more would swirl around. It wasextremely frustrating and not enjoyable. We commented about it to the waitress but she just said "yah it's annoying isn't it".When I went to use the bathroom there was also no toilet paper. Veryyyy frustrating experience ???? Read more
The food was GREAT!!!! I've only been to Olive Garden one other time before this and that was 10 years ago. Only 'downsides'... wers our waitress randomly disappearing and our second batch of bread sticks being super salty. I think 4.5 stars would be amore accurate rating, nevertheless, I'll definitely be coming back! Read more
