They know me as " fat guy " as a joke and I gotta say this place doesn't disappoint. There garlic knots are the size of... baseballs and amazing. But the pizza is addicting, I always get extra sauce on mine cause there sauce is awesome. EverythingI've ordered from these guys is just delicious. I recently even got my mom hooked on them who loves there wings, garlic knotsand if you haven't tried it but want a thick crust there sicilian style pizza, just amazing. When it comes to the staff, loveem, everytime I show up I feel like im being welcomed into a friend or family members house I haven't seen in a while. Assomeone whos big on pizza I've been all over liverpool, Syracuse, and surrounding areas, this is the best Read more

Ordered online: pepperoni pizza, sampler appetizer, fettuccine Alfredo. All of these things were options on their online... menu. Was pleased when the driver pulled up in 30 minutes, except they did not bring the pizza or Alfredo. The driver wentback to get the pizza and I called when I saw they put riggies or some other type of pasta dish with my order instead. Was toldthey did not have Alfredo and I requested a refund. THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS!!!. So you are left paying for whatever theydecide to give you. The driver did return with the pizza 35 minutes later. I spoke to a manager today and was told they hadAlfredo sauce, just not fettuccine pasta, yet riggies were sent instead of just putting the ordered sauce on whatever pasta.Again I was told that they can not give refunds and was given a credit I won't use, as I won't be ordering again because nowit's just too many times where things have been wrong and they respond with a credit for next time. No thank you. It isunfortunate that the customers don't matter because their food is really good. Also as I see on all negative reviews theperson controlling their profile is hostile and belittling to any negative comments, so I will look forward to your excuses anddeflection of responsibility. Most of the pizza is great. I like the eggplant parmigiana one. I hate hate hate that any of the specialty pizzas with chicken... use chicken nuggets. Like breaded, spongy, "chicken" nuggets. I feel like if I am shelling out for a specialty pizza like theirexpensive deep dish chicken vodka one, it should have grilled chicken breast. Not cubed nuggets. Hence the 3 stars. Avoid anychicken pizzas imo. Read more

Ordered two meal items and both were technically right, cutlet sandwich and lasagna, but completely wrong. Sandwich was ordered... toasted with spinach and mozzarella, came cold with LTO. Lasagna was a sheet of pasta, just meat, a sheet of pasta a ton ofcheese and a sheet of pasta. Nothing tasted too great aside from the side salad and bread. Read more
