I didn't even end up getting any thing here bc you have the worst employees I have seen in awhile! Walk up ask the guy at the... counter "hey how you doing?" He is standing there w his arms crossed w a dumbfound look on his face I repeat myself like wellmaybe he didn't hear me give benefit of the doubt ya know cut service workers some slack! Nope he huffed aggregated and askedwhat can I get you! Are you kidding me?! Are you upset bc I wanted to order coffee?! Standing there w your arms crossed huffingat customers. Seriously what a waste of space little puke you got "working" there Definitely didn't make me want to order thereso we left and took our business somewhere else with actual employees who smiled and responded when asked how their day is????!And I gave one star because you can't give zero! Staff was great. Still waiting for the dining room to open back up. They're able to have you come in and order, but not stay.
Very busy on a Sunday at noon, the drive thru line wrapped around the building (which seems to always be the case). I was... initially given someone else's order, but the team member at the window was quick to correct it. Every interaction was pleasant,despite how busy they were. Read more
While the staff is nice, service times are a joke. There is always a line around the building for drive through, and the ?dining... room? is always closed. Out of the five dunkins I regularly frequent, this is the slowest and I wish they would open another onearound here so I wouldn?t have to come here. Read more
Love their hot chai latte with oat milk but PLEASE managers, talk to your employees about asking for the loyalty rewards BEFORE... they scan the order through. I had to ask about them scanning my loyalty card and then the kid said it was ?too late? and healready cashed my order out. Not the greatest customer service. Read more

Extremely busy Saturday morning with 15 cars at the drive through and 8 customers inside. Works were very professional, polite... and the service was very good. Food was ready in a reasonable time, especially as busy as it was. Read more
