This place is a great place to eat, it is the only place around here that you can get a good breakfast. The staff is friendly... and attentive except for the Management. The last two times we have been the manager Dawn white had over worked and understaffedwaitresses and sat back and never once offered to help. Today while here the soap in the woman's bathroom was empty. Wementioned it to our waitress who clearly was very busy. We watched as she mentioned it to the manager and saw her refuse to gotake care of the situation. Dawn white has done nothing every time we have been here to help her staff, she walks around andsees trash on the floor, dirty tables,, and walks right past. These ladies work hard for little pay and this management isrunning off the best workers they have. Kudos to Kayla our waitress for taking care of us. We hope they don't run her off too.When selecting management maybe you should base it on work ethic not a title. While eating our food the chicken sandwich thatwas ordered for one of the kids was raw, asked for previous mentioned manager and her attitude towards the situation was lessthan concerned, this is unexcusable and not sure if we will be returning. I would recommend if you get the server Maranda that you make the choice to leave or request another server. She took our drink... order. Never brought it and then came to take our food order and that?s when She said and I quote ?forgot to get it for us? thenon top of that it took quite a bit to get our drinks, and almost an hour once we ordered to get our food. And even when thathappened they didn?t bring it all out. People who arrived after us got their food and drink before us. I normally love huddlehouse but what should have been a quicker trip took 2 hours from stepping in the building till when we left. I?d leave a zerostar review if it would let me for this service. We came in last night for the first time in awhile. Our server was so friendly, fast, and never missed a beat. The food was hot... and delicious. krisha provided some of the best service I've ever seen at a huddle house. attentive but not overbearing, never ran out of... coffee or water, and she was quick with anything I needed. I loved the weekend staffing levels in this store. I've never seenthis many bustling employees at a huddle house. next time I'm driving by I'll definitely get some poached eggs and coffee. Read more
