Rude drive-thru girl at appx 8:45pm on 10/25. Then the ?premium? chicken nuggets were like 3yrs old to go with the stale and... over-salted fries. Stay away from this nasty place. Tonight, 9/21/22, was in line 25 minutes before closing. Sat there for approximately 4 minutes (1 song), two employees were... outside smoking, saw me in line and went inside. It's really annoying that this far into covid that the dining room is still not opened. At least during the lunch and dinner... rush would really help out. Also the food can be vary hit and miss. Have gotten a chicken sandwich numerous times where it'seither cold or overcooked and extremely hard. It's unfortunate because when they are fresh it's a really good sandwich. Alsowhats the deal with no outside lighting at night? Pull through at night and you better know what you want or pull up the appbecause the menu and lighting are left off from dark till close. Don't get the reasoning behind it. Unless it's lazy employeeswho don't want people to come in. Lighting has been off for at least a year now. I'm pretty sure they work seeing they have beenon at or before dusk previously. This is probably the most pathetic Wendy's I've ever been to. Webb says open till 11:00 Saturday night. Stopped at drive-thru at... 9:30 p.m. and waited 10 minutes nobody answered speaker. Blew my heart a few times still no reply. All the lights were on insideand outside the restaurant. I pulled up to the drive up window in a nasty rude girl opens the window. I asked her if themicrophone at the drive up was working and she said it's turned off. I told her there's four cars lined up to order and nobody'sdoing anything. She told me they were closed so I said all the lights are on and the drive up menu is on and you're justignoring everybody that's sitting back there? She said we took our headsets off we don't know if anybody's there and I saidwhere you need to start paying attention to let you know your closed instead of sitting there for a half hour and no response. Ispoke to the manager name Lori and she was just as nasty as the girl at the drive-up window. It'll be a cold day in hell beforeI stop at this Wendy's again.
