I wish I could give this no stars ... ugh .... I don't understand...I order 2 subs and it came to 18$ I wanted the Philly steak... ..they had absolutely no onions !! So I ordered different ... then I ordered a simple ham and cheddar cheese...the cheese wasn'tthe normal slice cheese It was the Mexican 3 cheese blend you use for like tacos!!! Then to top it off I ran my card and it asksif I want to TIP?!?!?! When did subway start accepting TIPS !!!! Needless to say I just can't go back ..prices went up and thefood quality was either nonexistent or cheaply bought ..I just can't ..heartbreaking ???????? Read more

Ran out of lettuce but forgot to tell anyone. As we ordered a salad then the teen looking unprofessional ?manager? or shift ? ... lead? was indignant and rude. Horrible customer service. Read more
My kids went there on a lunch break from school spent 15 minutes in line with three people in front of them the employee said... that they had to help the online customers first and their sandwiches won't even ready then my kids presented them with a couponsaid they do not take Subway coupons unless it is signed by the manager this is not the first problem we've had they're verydisappointed yet again and they are not friendly employees they can smile every once in awhile it wouldn't hurt. Went in today with our small children ordered them chicken and ham sliders. One specifically said it came with spinach, and we... asked to have it on both. She was working on both at the same time, she flat said no and wouldn?t even put mayo on the secondeither. It?s redundant and ridiculous to not just put a veg or two on a tiny sandwich for a small child. We even orderedtwo-foot Longs. I?m disappointed in the ethics of the three workers there. Any decent person would gladly give a kid a vegetableon their sandwich. We even offered to pay extra and got a blatant no. Not even an explanation or apology. We will not be goingback there again. The Clatskanie Subway is, to put it simply, the epitome of the dining experience. As soon as I entered the gleaming glass door... way, I was immediately greeted by a wonderful aroma of freshly baked bread, and fresh organic vegetables. The staff were trulyof the utmost quality, as if they had been trained at a fine French bistrot. I ordered my favorite, of course, the meatballmarinara. My sandwich was expertly handcrafted from the ground up as it elegantly made it's way down past the assortments ofhigh quality meats, imported cheeses, and locally grown grown organic produce. At the end of my meatball marinara's journey, itwas carefully wrapped, and tucked away into a cleverly designed insulating apparatus. Al though it would have been a pleasure todine at this subway, and be serenaded by one of the staffs euphonious a cappella performances, I had instead decided thatevening to enjoy my meatball marinara sub in the comforts of my cottage, sitting next to my fireplace, whilst reading a classicnovel. I would recommend the Clatskanie Subway whole-heartedly to even the most hawkish critics. An absolute "Must do," in mybook. You would be doing yourself a disservice to overlook this exquisite establishment. Read more
I walked in and was immediately greated by frowns and eye rolling. They seemed to only smile or show a positive emotion if... someone from town came in and treated new comers like garbage. Hannah was sassy and treated customers like they were the worstthing she had ever seen. The amount of negative energy that came from this establishment is horrendous and I will never comeback here again. The small brown hair woman in charge wasn't wearing a name tag and wasn't willing to help when asked. Sherolled her eyes when told they were out of lids and bitched the whole time she was making our sandwiches. She is a horribleexample of goo customer service. Read more
Worst experience! Everything broken for months. No soda fountain, no restroom, no oven to toast sandwiches. Took 30 minutes to... get 3 sandwiches and we were first in line. Poor kid working by himself and struggling. Where was the manager/owner? Subwayshould audit this property and remove franchise flag. You have to put money in to keep a business going. Read more
