Hi. I would like to file a complaint. I came into Zaxby?s tonight and ordered the Big Zax Snack meal. It is supposed to come... with 3 full chicken tenders. I was disappointed when I first opened my box to find only 2 chicken tenders and what looked to beone boneless wing. I have my receipt from yesterday 11/12/22 if you?d like to see that also. I am highly disappointed and wouldlike to be reimbursed for my purchase. I have eaten at Zaxby?s for years and would like to be a returning customer. Please getback with me when you can! Thank you. We had not eaten at this location for over two years. Food was great. Lots of cars in the drive thru. This was at lunch. There... was one employee taking inside orders. Another employee was handing out the finished orders. A bit of a line developed withdiners waiting to place new orders, but no one waited very long. This location has one of those fancy Coca Cola touchscreendispensers. These are always entertaining to use and most importantly, Zaxby's keeps the syrup cartridges loaded! Watch theparking lot when you leave. There are some who zoom into the lot without regard to drive thru traffic and diners trying to backout of a space. Read more

We love Zaxby's but this particular visit my boneless buffalo wings hardly had any sauce at all. They was pretty much naked.... Which is odd because I also bought a extra 5pc of boneless wings an they was sauced. Disappointing to say the least. We normallygo to the fort Campbell location.. I loved the food it tasted amazing! I really like the kind employees and the service was great. The dinning room just opened... back up and I love the service! When we ordered they got our order ready within less then 5 minutes! The only problem about ittho is that the restaurant is not at all clean the floors had loose dirt all over them and the tables were not wiped and thebathroom sink look liked someone had slottered in it. Y'all need to be smart with the cleanness because it could definitely beimproved. Everytime else is good tho. Read more

This is the second time my husband and I have ate there and we purchased 2 house salads with Fried Chicken! The service was good... and friendly the dining room was very clean! The food on the other hand was not so great! We received our salads and I tasted myfried chicken on my salad and it was luke warm and so was my husband's! I thought that the chicken was to be hot! Apparentlywhile on Vacation in Columbus GA I was spoiled bc when I received my house salad with Fried chicken it was hot and juicy andmade my salad truly delicious! The Luke warm chicken wasn't very good on top! I don't know what the difference is in this twoplaces but I don't know if I'll be returning to Zaxby's! Amazing service! The young woman at the counter was very helpful and very friendly! She even gave my grandmother a senior... discount that I didn't even know existed there.
