Just like most restaurants in Clarksville (I'm new here), seems like customer service isn't good and the food is hit and miss.... I've had some good food here and some bad. Today was good food but they put my order in one catering tray when it was 3different types of wings for 3 different people and they put the BBQ wings on top of the plain? I have always gotten 3 separateboxes yet for some reason they change it without telling me and put it in the dumbest order possible. There are enough reviewson here talking about the same thing and I'm pretty shocked management hasn't gutted this place by now. Place was busier than ever, out of everything it seemed. My order took over 45 minutes to receive. The lady was going to make... sure I got the food I wanted the following day. Just have not gone back to get it. Been busy with work. The food was decentlygood when I did receive it. Read more
Nasty food. Ordered a 10 piece mild wings, and cheese fries. The wings had zero flavor. Just tasted like salted wings and... they were ice cold. My cheese fries were hot but they were so undercooked/mushy and flavorless I just threw them away. thecheese sauce was so bland it literally just tasted like thick water. Would rather have leftover hospital food. Save your money. $25 down the drain. Read more
The place was empty when we arrived, but it was quick service and friendly staff. We ordered our foods and they came correct and... hot. The wings are delicious and the fries are so good with the perfect amount of seasoning. Make sure you got plenty of napkinsas they are messy! Read more
Before I confirm my similarity bad experiences to others, I will say I placed numerous orders that went well and had no issues... at all so ??????????? I guess it?s just hit or miss Like other reviews - I?ve been stuck waiting on a pickup order for 30+minutes after my originally quoted time. My tip for anyone waiting while they?re backed up.. Wait it out in the car, or shopnext door. Check back in on occasion. It beats awkwardly sitting there staring at the counter. Another issue was yes, blatantlyrude staff. I doubt they?re all like this but one guy made it very clear to me that he did not care that I had been waitingawhile or that it was my second time checking on my order. He actually further informed me that I should be only prepared towait that time out again, as it would still be awhile before it would be ready, Lol. Lastly, despite me attaching a verymesmerizing looking photo of their voodoo fries with this review?. The fries taste like depression. They?re always dense, moist,and floppy. And wow bland. I got to Wingstop on 12/1/22 at about 11:35. I placed an order for the chicken sandwich combo. I waited over 25 minutes and... still did not get my food. The guy kept telling me their working on it. 12pm and still no food. So I asked for a refund becausemy lunch was over at this point. The little girl decided to get smart with me because I told her I had been the almost 30minutes. She proceeds to tell I couldn't have been there that long because she just came up here. I'm 51 years old and I knowhow to tell time. It's very unprofessional. Everybody that walked in for delivery got their food right away. I understandthere's a process, but I should have never had to wait 30 minutes on good. Unexceptable. And the staff is really unprofessionalneeds to be trained on how to talk to customers. Their cussing each other out in the prep area. Playing very very loud music.Building smokey cause they burned something and I still didn't get a sorry from any of them. I will never ever ever go thereagain and several other customers walked out with me. This place is unprofessional and the staff is very rude. I don't even knowwho the manager was at this store.
