Was doing a doordash order last night, (Sunday October 9, 2022) the drive thru person gave me a bag and a drink and I was like... hey wait there's supposed to be a lot more items, it was missing like 80 percent of the order and another woman comes up rudelyand I explained this isn't the right one and she was like it's the right order have a good night and kinda slammed the drivethru window in my face. I go park and look inside the bag because I know it's incorrect and sure enough it's only one sandwichand fries. I have to call the customer and doordash support to let them know and settle a whole thing. Got the customer a refundand they got to keep the food for free. The customer was thankful I was paying attention because I know a lot of other dasherswould have probably just delivered it regardless. Just rude behavior at this Wendy's whenever I have to go to it. Just got off of work and was craving something good. Had a lg chili with a jr bcb and lg pineapple mango lemonade. All for $10.... Staff was friendly and courteous even though they were slammed with drive thru. Happy customer! Read more

I frequent Wendy's a lot. This location is always closed to dine in. They do not put signs in the door stating they are closed.... Their systems are always down to card. Employees are either pushy, or pretend they are unaware of such actions the store istaking. Matter of fact. I am sitting outside right now, and they locked out an employee who just signaled to I assume a doordasher that he doesn't know why the doors are locked. This isn't an acute issue. This happens more often then not, and I alwayswonder why this store is so busy in drive thru. Just a waste of a store. Read more
The food is delicious every time, but the line wraps around the building regularly. They need a better system for mobile... orders/curbside. Every time I go, the staff is great and working hard, there are just so many people in line all the time. Itdoes seem like they may be short staffed, so no fault on the employees. Corporate-up their pay and hire some more people! Exit11 could also use another location. Read more
Wendy?s is probably our spot for a quick bite especially if we?re in the mood for a burger or spicy chicken sandwich. Those are... our top two selections when it comes to their sandwiches. The kids go for the cheeseburger kids meal with a juice box and anadditional 10 piece chicken nuggets. This particular Wendy?s on Madison Street was remodeled recently and is very modern nowwith TVs and a fireplace also. We always go through the drive thru which we?ve never had any major issues. Service is courteousand accommodating and the food is always decently fresh. Read more
I went today to order some chili and the line was so long I decided to go inside. It was a bit slow getting to order but once I... did things went really smooth. This review is more about Jazmin , an employee of 6 months. Super cool attitude and you can tellwas a hustler because she was quick thinking and moved fast to get you on your way! She asked me if I was offered cheese oronions which I was not when I ordered. I got a family size chili which is def the way to go. When bagging everything she knew Iwanted it but would?ve forgotten if not mentioned. Everything including an awesome attitude was received and what a differenceif you compared this visit to other places!
