Tried to go inside to eat breakfast with my family and it's 10:20 am The door was locked. A guy who was already inside tries to... open it. An employee that was outside said they don't open until 10. Then she realized it was past 10, so she said she would gocheck. About 4 employees at this point have a convo inside by the door while we wait outside confused. Finally, a guy who lookslike a manager comes outside and says they aren't opening their dining area because they are short staffed. - mind you 4employees were currently at the door talking. We drove down to riverside and their doors are open. Employees friendly and theyhave 4 employees working the kitchen. Glad we changed locations- this location is very clean and very welcoming! Be carful when you go here! They got my order wrong when I went through drive-through. I told them before I paid and got any... food. Quick easy fix right, nope it is not. He took my food in the back, came back with it and said his manager won?t let himfix it because there is to many cars in line. Two cars is a lot to this manager (how sad). When we did get our food, it was allopen and all over the bag. Read more

The place is disgusting. Video had come out of hundreds if not thousands of maggots in the kitchen. Servers are too stoned to be... useful or they're rude. Almost always missing something if you don't remind them before driving off. If you read almost every 5star review seems incredibly fake. Go to a different taco bell. Read more

I rarely give fast food 5 stars, and it's usually only when my husband makes me feel bad about it, but they were super nice. I... mean the food is what it is, it's fast food... But we got the nachos and my husband even commented on how it wasn't skimpy,everything else was right and good, took a while before they took my order, but once we got going it was fast and the young ladyat the window was super friendly. :) Read more

Second time in a two month period that I placed an online order for in store pick up and when I come to pick up my order the... lobby is closed. No warning, no sign outside the door nothing. In todays advanced technological society you can?t put anythingonline saying ? lobby closed due too?.? Or much simpler a sign on your front door? Defeats the entire purpose of placing anonline order for instore pick up if I have to go through the drive through, wait for other to place their orders, get theirfood, just to tell someone I have a pickup, then I get my food that has been sitting longer than it usually would due to anextended wait time. I can understand having a lack of personnel can cause issues but there has to be better more efficient wayto go about this. A good place to start would be better communication to your Customers. I am shocked how this location has a 3.7 rating because I don?t know anyone who has anything nice to say about their experience... here. I pick up orders for DoorDash at this location on a regular basis and no matter what time of day I?m there, the line bothin store and drive thru are insane. Do not chose this location if you don?t have half an hour to spare just to get your order!And then a lot of times the orders not even correct. Please open your doors i would ask. Pleasee to do carry out at least. I cant wait in the drive thru line all day Been here... awhile. Usually very busy. Lot is small. Remodel is very nice. Tacos I had the other day were very very full and good. Thankyou. Nice lady there Read more

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a bean burrito. The lady over the intercom said beef burrito. I politely corrected her... twice, before spelling BEAN as I kmow it is sometimes hard to understand through those intercoms. She said "I got you"indicating she understood. I was still charged the same amount and given a spicy beef and rice burrito with a cheese sauce. Notonly did the lady at the window act confused when I asked for my change back, I also was not given a receipt. Unknowingly, I bitinto it and burned my mouth. I cannot eat spicy/hot food. The line was extremely long and the lobby was closed. So I called thestore and ask for the manager. She said "speaking" in a 'hurry up and tell me what you want' kind of way. I am also inmanagement and I know that regardless of how busy you are, that is not the way to address customer concerns. I proceeded to tellher what had happened and that I could not wait in that line again, but before I could ask her if I could come back another dayto get what I ordered, she hung up on me!! Read more
