When I tell you that this store made my entire week (this is late on Tuesday) I mean it. I get an Espresso Frappuccino, only 2... pumps of coffee base (the clear syrup) double shot, double blended, with whip and caramel drizzle. This is a $9 drink and one ofthe few things I like at Starbucks. It is also the Hardest drink I order. Why, I've no idea, but it is rare, in my experience,to find a barista, even one, in a store that can do it right no issue. I forgot to even say "double blended" and this wonderfulbarista (whose name I forgot already, yes I feel terrible) double blended it anyway and made it completely perfect in one go. It was a busy time in the morning. I am pleased this location is well staffed with no less than 5 people working, it was only a... 5 minute wait for a cup of regular coffee. The staff was friendly today. Read more
Horrible communication, interior of the cafe is closed and they still allow online orders to go through. The whole purpose of... ordering online is to expedite your time at the Starbucks not to get there to then get on the drive through line for 30 minutesto then proceed to receive a water down cold coffee because it has been seating there for 30-40 minutes. Extremely busy but not enough staff. We ordered four venti caramel crunch and only received three. Then when we asked our fourth... one, then they start making it. And then they made the order wrong, it taste horrible and plain. I would avoid this Starbucks. Read more
No place like home. ha, 99% of my visits to starbucks across the US are always good and this was no different. - Was it busy?... yep, i ordered ahead and when i arrived they were packed. Stopped in here while visiting in town and had a wonderful experience here, staff was very friendly and helpful, I?m always on... the hunt for the been there series ornaments and even though this Starbucks didn?t have it, the girl at the counter wasthoughtful and suggested another one I could try that might have. They had a great special edition cup honoring those in theservice that was really special, they made sure our drinks were what we wanted and would definitely come here again! Read more
