Fantastic customer service. Respectful and kind staff. The smoothies were perfect.
Waited in the drive thru to order over 10 mins. Had to yell into the intercom to get someone to help me. When the employee, who... is the Red Head with long hair attempted to help us she was rude. Pulled up to the window to pay. Had to wait over 15 mins. So,25 mins to order 2 drinks in the drive thru. The red head needs help on customer service. She never said sorry for the wait or athank you. Very rude. Never been to this business on Madison and will tell everyone how bad the wait and service is at thislocation. Horrible. Don't waste your hard earned tax dollar here. Read more

How can an employee work all weekend, then two more hours today, and not be a fit. Serious concerns with Chad and his smart... mouth and attitude towards minors that he and his wife attempt to rule over. Has anyone stop to ask, what the problem is here.If Chad promises to personally train someone because they have not been trained, he needs to walk the talk. The smoothies are always delicious but when did the policy change that you can't type in a phone number so people can use... coupons and points? I just drove 30 mins for a smoothie and left empty-handed. Highly upset at the moment. Read more
Customer service here is completely lacking. We walked in and were ignored for a solid 8 minutes while the girls wandered around... talking about how they only had 20 minutes left until clocking out. Super unprofessional to complain about your job in front ofcustomers. Not to mention our order was messed up 3 times. I've always enjoyed the smoothies here, however recently they are more like icees than actual smoothies. I've ordered multiple... smoothies over the past couple weeks and every time it has more ice than any other ingredient. I've ordered the Coffee D-LiteMocha recently and it seems to be just coffee and ice blended together with nothing else (when it is supposed to have multipleingredients). I can't drink anything until the drink actually melts, which isn't what a smoothie should be like. The smoothiesused to be creamy, and now they are chunky with ice. Read more
