I've been going here for sometime now. Sometimes to "go", other times I stay. I've had the pleasure while dining here to have... Charles as my waiter. He's an awesome guy, highly recommend him. I've also come here to get it to go! Although it's good, I'vehad a few times where my dinner has not been up to stuff as to when I dine in. I usually get the rib deal on Wednesday nights. Inever know what kind of ribs I will get each time?? Though I leave a tip each time I get it to go, the wait staff isn't alwaysthe nicest or friendliest, in my opinion. I much rather dine in, but life just doesn't always allow me to. I just hope they gettheir carry out food and staff in order? Overall, I do like R.T's! Read more
The food is not bad quality wise. Service needs to be brought up to standard. Also kinda quiet in restaurants may be the... management need to bring marketing, sales promo more aggressive and competitive. They can do better period!! Read more

Reasturant not very busy when we were there. Took a few minutes to get seated and then another few minutes for our waitress to... show up. Drinks and appetizer came fairly quick. Entrees followed in a timely manner. 4 of us each ordered different items. Allour meals were prepared as ordered and had a good taste. Refills were a bit slow but all in all decent service. We had a party of 14 (4 adults/ 10 children) eat at this particular location. Everyone thought the food was excellent and the... service was great even though we kept the staff hopping. I am not sure who or how many people are cooking at this particularlocation at this very moment (6/2/22 around 7-8 PM), but this was the best meal I have had in several years for this particularchain. I gave this a two because I just witnessed what I believe to be the supervisor/manager cleaning salad bar area and he picked up... food spilled food from the ledge and with his ungloved hands through it back into the dish in the bar. This is the dish that wewere suppose to get our fresh food out of. Not sanitary. This makes me wonder what happens in the kitchen when he knows no oneis looking. Also there were two hostess standing right beside him while he did it. When I asked them if that's what he didthey both acted like they didn't see anything. No one was going to do anything until I asked them to go tell him that I saw himdo it. Only then did he come out and say he was going to change the salad out. I don't really believe him but at least he knowsI saw his icky behavior. Other than that our server was great. Read more
