Impressed with the place. Loved the ambiance of the old building, brick walls, old tin ceiling, lighting that matches the... building and hardwood floors that gently bowed from years of use. Don't go if you are starving, it was quite a wait betweencourses. Had the fried green tomatoes with pimiento cheese and pepper jelly. This stuff was the bomb. An explosion of flavor.Had the shrimp and catfish, it did not disappoint. The catfish and shrimp were fried to a crispy brown and the catfish wassoft inside. The finale was bananas foster. Now this was to die for. It was warm, ooey gooey, and simply delicious. I feel thatthe food was a decent price, but the drinks were high. The drinks were decent, but nothing to write home about. We have dined here several times. The food and drinks are always a done well. That night there was a company event going on and... the crowd was really rowdy, taking away from the usual more relaxed vibe. Our waitress was informative of the menu and providedvery good selections. The Chicken Salad Sandwich is a very good choice. And the Bourbon Bread Pudding is a must. Read more

Visited here and met up with a friend. Pretty cool, chill vibe. Food was good for the most part. Drinks were good as well. Could... use more seating space because it was a little crowded but, overall had a nice time. Read more
