Nothing what I expected and the fact the person let it go out like that was even worse. Our fries were completely over cooked... and soggy and they were all almost END pieces of fries or crumbs everywhere in too! Looked nothing like anyone else?s fries thatI?ve seen or anything like they do in the menu..my corned beef sub had more sauté Kraute than corned beef and was cold as canbe when Grubhub brought lt to us! Where?s the yummy fries everyone speaks of because I got a burnt pile over cooked all ENDPIECES and few overly greasy floppy burnt looking ones the rest were all burnt end pieces. How you think any of that isacceptable to send out your door when a medium shared size fry is almost 6$ when we spent over 40$ on Grubhub! Not okworst First experience ever. Very delicious and the servers coming out with the subs is a nice touch. This was a delicious sandwich. I had the Philly... Cheesesteak sandwich, and the hubs had the Reuben. Also, the fries were crispy and flavorful. Awesome! Read more

I will first say that this was our first time ordering anything from a Penn Station Subs. Perhaps more familiarity would have... any misconceptions we had. Food tasted great multi-grain bread. Philly cheesecake tasted great (wish they offered green bellpeppers for it). Chicken Philly had a great taste. Seemed very pricey for individual large sandwiches at over $17, but realizeinflation has done this. Kids snack-size pizza sub looked good but was....well....exactly as they call it. Snack size.Ironically it was what my son ate and then he said he was full. We were supposed to get regular lays potato chips with hissandwich but got kettle cooked jalapeño chips instead. French fry sizes are advertised as follows: Small: Individual Medium:to share Large: for the whole family We ordered a small and medium fry - had both containers full and bottom of bag had morefries than the medium. Since they got his chip order wrong this worked out, but would have ordered a medium and large had weknown. Fries tasted great though and were adequately salted without overdoing it. The delivery person was cheerful and pleasant- very nice and food was packaged accordingly and sealed as to prevent anyone taking food out of our bag. I will admit that Iwas initially upset with Penn Station, but the quality of food is great - it changed my mind. Not a single complaint from myfamily about the temp or flavor of our food. Prices are high everywhere, but I think the value was there for our order. Idefinitely would buy from them again. Next time we can better gauge what we would want to order but I definitely will beordering a large chicken Philly again. Yes, the order wasn't 100% correct, but everything was delicious. Read more
