First time eating here as I'm fairly new to Clarksville. Let's just say this place was below average. I have a couple... complaints, some that I see others have mentioned in their reviews as well. 1. The breadsticks I ordered were literally stilldoughy when I got home... they looked like they rolled them out and forgot to bake them. I had to throw them in the oven when Igot home. Also, they tasted just like bread, no garlic or butter on them at all. 2. I ordered a Large thin crust pizza andfirstly, I thought they gave me the incorrect size as it looked extremely small to be a 'Large'... seemed more like aMedium. 3. I ordered a half hawaiian/half chicken bacon ranch and the pizza had little to no toppings on it... felt like I wasjust eating breading and sauce with every bite. 4. I also ordered 20 wings and I can't even do a half and half for sauces? First place I've ever ordered wings and you can't do more then 1 sauce. 5. The wings were undercooked and the skin/breading hadno crisp to it at all... was a slimy texture. Only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because the cookies were deliciousand the staff was friendly. I 100% will not be back here. Read more
I have been eating here once a week for over a year. For the last 5 months I have brought my grandbaby to eat with me some of... these times. Not sure if it's under different management or what but customer service isn't the same and they aren't veryaccommodating to patrons with babies. Food is still good though. Read more
The customer service was about what one would expect. The pizzas (one thin pepperoni and one hand tossed beef) were slightly... above average. Their sauce is very good and is a differentiator. Read more
I went in to the restaurant to order a pizza. I saw they had a individual pizza, but it was really small. I ordered the next... size up, a small. I thought I could have the leftovers the next day.this pizza was so small. I called and explained to them,that I thought they gave me the individual size.they said no, that?s a small. This could not serve 2 people. I paid $11.00 foran individual pizza. I will not be going back. They didn?t want to consider the possibility that they had given me theindividual. Just ordered from here on Halloween night and I had two 9-in pizzas delivered by a very sweet young woman. I got the barbecue... chicken pizza and the deluxe pizza. My sister and I could only eat one piece of each because they were decadent, loaded, andabsolutely delicious. This will be our new pizza spot for sure. I highly recommend. Read more
I normally don?t write reviews but I feel as if certain things need to be brought to attention when it seems the problem gets... worse as opposed to better. Unfortunately this could be a very good, convenient place for pizza nights, however after numerouschances, our family will no longer be dining with you. The accuracy of orders is always an issue due to staff not payingattention. Everyone stays on their phones, the laughing and cursing out loud in front door f children is rude. I observed anemployee by the name of Ashley with one hand on her cell phone & the other scratching frontal areas through pants, thenproceeded not to wash hands. She had no gloves or hand washing. Her hands are filthier than her mouth. I feel as if hiring a newstaff that can provide quality customer service and put your restaurant as a priority while working will not only keep businessbut increase it. Polite and friendly staff. It's not overly busy or crowded. When we went there wasn't anyone else there at all. It's relatively... cleaner than most other establishments. The food is spectacular. They bring it to the table basically piping hot or colddepending on what you get that's supposed to be hot or cold. The side caesar salad is plain but no so much that it's boring. Itwas delicious. Whatever you come for, it is certainly worth it. It's certainly a hidden gem. Better than any of the large"pizza" chains. Read more
Ordered 2 sandwiches, both were really salty and burndt cheese surrounded the sandwich and was stuck to the bread. Ordered 2... salads. They used cesar salad lettuce instead of garden lettuce. Ordered wings, too much salt, cold and had no taste, exceptsalt. A wasted 35.00. I will not do that again. The food was prepared in a hurry and the presentation itself was lack luster atbest.
